"It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍 "

"Lovely property full of character, but what sets it apart is the beautiful location on the edge of the National Trust estate. Such a lovely setting. Communication with the owner was excellent, and it was very reasonably priced compared to other options we looked at. Highly recommend!"

"Cosy cottage? This is a 3 Bedroomed, large house with the owner living next door. It is very comfortable, especially the downstairs. Its in a lovely area for walks etc.- we took our bikes and had a lovely time seeing some small villages around and a great Pub,10 minutes walk away. The kitchen is very large and well equipped for all your needs, love the old range (which is for show only). "Photos and description don't do it justice. What an absolute delight and beyond. Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... But also the often overlooked items in reviews like the shower - great pressure and heat, towels were big, fluffy and robust, more than enough hangers in the wardrobe.... "We stayed 2 nights for a wedding near Frome. The apartment was easy to find, instructions for access clear, off street parking, clean and small items like coffee, tea, milk, and soap were provided. "We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "Nous avons séjourné à 4 avec 2 grands adolescents. La maison est très claire et joliment décorée. L'environnement est très calme. "Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "

"Three close friends stayed in 2 Bishop Mews while being in a choir "in residence" at Wells Cathedral for a week in July 2024. The place was perfect - great location in central Wells, walkable to everywhere we needed to be. Clean and spacious, with the everything we needed. There is a washer for clothes but not a dryer. You will love this place!"

"This place is an absolute gem. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was huge and really comfortable.
