"The property was clean, cute and cozy. It was in a quiet, safe location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. My father in-law lives to watch football and we had terrible trouble with the cable box. We reached out for assistance several times with no response. Thankfully it wasn't an issue with heating or plumbing! Overall, we would stay again but communication could be improved."

"Quaint neighborhood. Location is not good for a walk to downtown, but it is a good location. Beds were nice. Kitchen is cute and the oven is good. Very small microwave. Owners require entry into the homes side door. When this side door is open it takes up half the kitchen. It would be good to have a protective cover over the deck where entry is required so that falls do not happen. "

"Stayed for three nights. This place is conveniently located on the frontage road on the western part of town. Its close to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and downtown Glenwood. Pros: •Clean full kitchen with full size fridge/freezer •Nice 3/4 bathroom •TV with wifi and apps •Cute seating area •Parking spot for one vehicle •Location Cons: •Front door doesn't seal well creating a draft and easy access for bugs to come in •Light pollution from outdoor cabin lights and apartments behind cabin"

"Pictures don’t do interior justice. Very comfortable, very clean (including hot tub), nice furniture, best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Easy access to glenwood springs and all points west without having to deal with city traffic. Handbook has all information you will need. Only warning for those with any back problems: beds are comfortable but not at all firm. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"I can not say enough good about the entire process - from booking, to communication from the host, to the environment - all top rate!!!! The home is gorgeous and spacious - exactly as described and shown on the VRBO site. The host texted a few days ahead to communicate specific directions, and even met us to lead us to exact location. "Great value for a larger group. Lots of space and bathrooms. Great location, just a block of Grand where everything is located. Things were also nice and clean, plenty of towels. Cons: they said all the windows had curtains now but there were still 4 main windows we had to cover with sheets. It butts up to a parking lot so cars are parked right outside those windows. The Xfinity boxes didn’t work either. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this spacious vacation rental! The house was beautifully laid out with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the fantastic movie room—it was perfect for cozy evenings after a day of exploring. The location was also ideal, close to all the hot springs and a variety of great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. There were a couple of areas that could use improvement.
