"What an amazing place to stay. Located right on the harbor. Had an awesome balcony which was great to have coffee on in the morning. Everything you need, washer, dryer, and an additional half bath! Wanda at the desk was amazing. Super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. If we are ever back in Newport, this will be our go to place. "

"This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back next year! The home is very clean and well appointed. The BBQ grill is a great touch as well. The view is simply amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck. We even got to see whales this time! It couldn't have been more perfect. Vickie and Jamie are fantastic with responding to questions and requests. We highly recommend this property!! "

"We totally enjoyed our stay, loved watching the birds (especially the pelicans), and much appreciated having a corner unit with windows that gave us a panoramic view! Of the local attractions our favorites were Boiler Bay (near the Whale Watching Center in Depoe Bay) and the Siletz Bay 1-mile nature trail (go 5.8 miles south from the Sea Gypsy, then take poorly marked left turn opposite the Key Place turnoff). "Overall, we had a great time. Great access to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us. Would’ve been nice if the windows were clean. They were so cloudy. You couldn’t look out the windows to see the beach, but you could see the beach from the deck. The code on the door would be nice if it was a little shorter. "Would happily go back to this home! Clean and well-equipped property in a charming neighborhood that's close to the beach. Check-in and check-out was easy. Only real issue we had was the barbecue seemed to have an issue with the burner and wouldn't stay lit so it couldn't be used, but the kitchen was well stocked so we managed just fine. "
