Located on Siesta Keys highly coveted Beach Road, you exit the unit and immediately see wide open southerly exposure and a beach view. s 13 steps from the yard to Beach Access 10, possibly the islands best beach today. It s a one-minute trolley ride or a two-minute bike ride to the Siesta Village for fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The beaches here have panoramic views of the gulf with wide open exposure to the North-West-and-South. This the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or wade to naturally occurring white sand cays popular with dolphin s sand-dollars and giant-conch. This is the spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.

Support Post Booking - I understand vacation time is precious and my job is to make sure you get the most out of it. My number is the only contact information you need. My units are already at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but if you have one you get a private parking space. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early/late check-in/check-out, whenever possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations of any kind. No paper contracts and easy booking. ll phone you to touch base after booking and the week vacation starts. Five days before arrival I ll email instructions including your door-code address and guidebook. One day prior to arrival I ll send you a email with all the same information.

For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations. This is the only rental offering of its kind on the key.

Cleaning - This is a 100% private unit, with a private kitchen, private laundry, private AC system, and private medical air purifier. The unit is deep cleaned with the anti-virals, has its AC filters changed for each stay, and has a dedicated Medify brand medical grade germicidal air purifier system capable of cleaning air in units nearly 4 times this size, and yes everyone wears masks and gloves while working. Further when you enter the unit you will see we have removed excess items like rugs, throws, curtains, and even knickknacks.

Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation.

Travel Insurance--If you prefer insured bookings, we also offer travel insurance. Basic Travel Insurance- cost is 7%, covers 30 different issues, coverage begins only after protection has been purchased. CFAR (cancel for any reason) insurance is available in states applicable- cost is approximately 11% (7% basic plus additional 3.8% to add CFAR). Basic and CFAR must be purchased together as CFAR cannot be purchased individually. CFAR covers 60% of the trip cost with no questions asked. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking and 30 days before check-in. Claim must be filed two days prior to arrival, available to U.S. citizens only.
