"Hotel propre et grande chambre mais le matelas est tellement dur qu'il était difficile de dormir et à l'accueil c'était difficile de communiquer si la personne ne parle pas français (ça ok) ni anglais."

"Great location. Literally everything you want to see, taste, or do is within a short walk. The apartment has all that you need for your visit. The washing machine is an added bonus for longer stays. Great communication with the host. Bathroom is snug but works well. "

"My friends and I really liked this unique property. The highlight was certainly the outdoor terrace and the large living room and kitchen. The washer dryer definitely helps out when you are on an extended European trip. The bedrooms were a nice size and the electronics were really nice it was great to have Netflix prime that sort of thing but bring your passwords. The bathrooms are also great. It's a little musty when you first move in but once the air was on it got better so don't panic....

"The place is great; modern, American style town homes. Everything you need and location is perfect for that area of the Basque country as long as you have a car. Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. Also, communication can be slow, there was a 15 hour period where we were not sure if we were going to have to change properties due to a serious problem because no one was communicating with us -...

"We loved this place in San Sebastián. You have a great view of the beach from the living area, which is spacious. Everything was in great working order. It was very clean and the check in was fairly seamless. You may be given the keys from a vending machine, which is cool. They’ll give you an address on finding the vending machine which is right around the corner from the house. Note that it’s the next door down from the address they give you. "Excelente alojamento, 403, para família, muito bem localizado, aconselho a todos. Apartamento muito bem equipado. A única coisa que não correu bem, foi a utilização do "wi-fi", não se conseguia aceder, apesar de termos o "username" e o "password"."

"Es un camping muy recomendable, nos atendieron muy bien y fueron muy amables. Nos ayudaron con una mejora de nuestra reserva. La ubicación es muy buena y el camping es muy completo. También tienen un restaurante con buena pinta, solo hemos ido a desayunar pero todo genial! "

Perfect Stay!

"I traveled with a couple of friends and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Very nice hotel with a big room. Cleaness was perfect and the staff was very friendly (shoutout to Isidro, at the front desk, who was very helpful and attentious). We spent a couple of hours at the spa, which was spotless! "

"Really great hotel and wonderful use of the former convent. The reception area with the stained glass and painted frescoes is really something unique. We arrived by car and, as the parking is tricky to find, the attendant took my car and parked it for us, even bringing our many bags with him. A great first impression of the place. After that, the room was great. Spacious, excellent bathroom and facilities, high quality air con and incredibly comfortable beds. We slept like the dead. Breakfast was quite pricey at 23€ when booking in advance, but we treated ourselves as it was anniversary and I'm so glad we did. Maybe the best breakfast spread I've had. The freshly prepared eggs are superb, too. I had a potato omelette that was outstanding. Easy access to town on foot, and five minutes from the bigger beach and there's really nothing bad to say about this place. "
