"If you want to unplug a bit and get away this is the place. Very clean cabins. Kitchen had everything you need. Nice sitting area outside with a grill. Very quiet and relaxing with the Yuba River right there. Staff were extremely nice. Our dogs our now depressed we came home. Pretty sure they thought it was our new home. "

"Great place, great location. Main room was roomy and cozy. Owners were very responsive and extremely accomodating. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. We ended up mistakenly taking one of their pillows home with us and they were very understanding and patient about getting it returned to them!"

"My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. The hike to the top of the lookout tower was amazing (best to drive up thru Bassets and then towards Packer Lake so that you don't have to drive up the rough unpaved road from Sierra City). "This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more."

"We enjoyed our time in Graeagle. The hosts were communicative and helpful in navigating a hiccup that occurred during our stay. Fantastic location, we were able to walk downtown to grab coffee / breakfast / drinks with ease (about 12 min walk through the neighborhood). Really enjoyed the local festivities and small town atmosphere. "

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we unfortunately had some bad experiences, most of which were avoidable by the property managers - we had to deal with mice running around in the house, not cool, not hygienic and freaked everyone out- house was in beaten up shape with need for lots of updates - beds were saggy, couches were old, dinning table seats had no cushions and hurt our butts, drains were clogged- TVs are old and running on not so reliable platforms- Basketball hoops was broken...

"We loved our stay over 4th of July! The creek behind the house was perfect for lounging in the sun and taking a cold dip, the house was well-appointed and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the grill and deck. The deck railing is a bit unsteady and could use some repairs - we made sure not to lean on it during our stay. "

"This home is very well stocked for an adventure in the Lost Sierra! The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking in, all the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the backyard was great for hanging out. "We wanted somewhere close to Mill Pond so our kids would get a great view of the fireworks and this location didn’t disappoint. We had a 10 min walk for truly excellent seats of the fireworks. The place was clean, quiet and beautiful. Friendly neighborhood and people. Only downside was when i tried to contact the owner (silly thing but a black widow in the bathroom), we never got a reply. Glad there wasn’t a bigger issue because of no response. "
