"My extended family has been gathering together somewhere each summer for the last 30+ years. This year we chose this property. It was a great venue for us. The big pool was the main draw as always and having the cover was wonderful in the rain. The lodges were clean and welcoming and accommodated our crowd well. There were two issues we encountered but the Leah was easy to reach and had the property manager working on them promptly. Overall excellent property."

"The property is very secluded but perfect for a family get away! The outdoor fire pit was a hit! We sat outside each evening. The property is only 1/2 hour from Cooperstown and this vacation rental was perfect for a visit to Cooperstown! Kitchen was well stocked but didn’t have many forks. Beds were very comfortable! Overall, Great weekend getaway!"

"This property was convenient for our purposes. We had some difficulty finding and turning on lights inside and the living room lights did not give us enough light to read. Many bulbs were burned out both on the porch string and in the kitchen. "The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"Wildflower Country Cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and get away from it all. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee and walking the property when we woke up in the morning. Everything was clean and the decor is warm and inviting. We only wish we had more time to stay there and are looking forward to going back in the future."

"We had a wonderful time, Hanna was great and her property was beautiful. It has everything you need for outdoor fun & fun if you enjoy the water. We caught so many fish, enjoyed swimming & the boats that was available to use. Just a little tip, take swimming shoes because the bottom of the lake in some parts have small rocks. Would definitely go back and have already recommended family & friends. Thank for having us Hanna :)"

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"We couldn’t have been more pleased with this apartment above a wonderful coffee house. The place was pristine, communication with the owner was timely and friendly.
