"Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. "Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table. "We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! Let us in early and responded very quickly with any questions I had!! Thank you for sharing your home with us on such a special special week of baseball!!"

"Absolutely loved staying at this property while our son played baseball at All-Star Village. Yes, it's a 22-25 minute drive to the fields, but honestly it really wasn't a hassle whatsoever for us. We loved being out in the country and sitting out back in the morning and listening to the sounds of the birds and the stream. Also loved taking walks out back down to the small pond. Cell service around the home is spotty, but they have excellent Wi-Fi and we never had any issues with getting calls...

"First this property is set in a wooded, quiet, peaceful area. We arrived to find everything very clean and well stocked. Every room was comfortable and cozy.
