"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. "Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...
