The livingroom sofa situation is amazing - we had so much room to spread out and all still be together, and the reclining end seats and throw blankets were so comfortable. None of the bedrooms have an en-suite bath attached (so there's no fighting amongst the group over that!) but the bathrooms are all of a good size and the ground floor has a walk-in...

"Nicely furnished, roomy cabin. Great for a quiet weekend away with spouse or partner! Or best friend :) Lovely property with room to explore. Walking path directly across the lane from the cabin that takes you to a magnificent view of the river. Cabin is well insulated - we were there in winter and only needed the one gas-log fireplace in the kitchen to heat the entire cabin! Bed was very comfortable, towels were thick and fluffy, lots of blankets and pillows are available, lots of seating and...

"We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, lots of privacy. Central heating unit comes on every 20 minutes or so and then shuts off—a little noisy but you get used to it. Spare but pleasant."

"The staff was TOP NOTCH. Check in and check out was extremely pleasant. 4 stars because the treadmill didn’t work and the elliptical worked but the computer on it was shot. One of the main reasons I picked hotel was for the gym. Some cosmetic issues in room but nothing to worry about. I’d gladly stay again. "
