For starters I knew ahead of time there would be no WiFi and service might be bad so it was suggested I contact our point of contact ahead of our trip (the owner) I emailed him a week prior. Texted the day prior. No response. I also tried contacting regarding a later check out today, he read my message with no reply. Not happy about this. Came here for R&R 3 weeks post my last chemotherapy and I’m still slower moving in the mornings. Would not stay here again due to total lack of communication with the owner.

Pictures are deceiving
It's a very small property that really needed a good cleaning. We cleaned off the patio area. The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. I know it states way down in the description of the amenities that there is no internet or air conditioning. This needs to be in BOLD. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Cabin was pretty much what we expected, had problem getting TV to work, but landlord handled it right away. Need to review and update the write-up that describes the property. Currently, it says the unit doesn't have A/C and I wouldn't have rented it if I thought it didn't have A/C. Also, rental instructions say to take garbage to central site to dispose up upon leaving, but the site is gated, and no key tag was made available at the cabin.

Nice location
This was a very quiet area, and I enjoyed the location. My problem was that when I arrived at unit Bed wasn't made the sheets were left on the bed from the previous people and dirty towels. Things happen so I did their laundry bought laundry soap, but my issue was when I called to find out why housekeeping hadn't showed up. I received zero response I left a voicemail and never heard back. It wasn't vacuumed and pine needles everywhere floors haven't been swept. I did do the laundry and left it in better shape than when I left, and this review would not have been posted if the guy would have just called me back.

We loved the area within the trees and all the neighbors were very nice. The accommodations were just what we needed. The dog loved the patio area.

HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY
This place was not cleaned when we arrived. Food in fridge, coffee in pot, dirty towels, trash etc. it’s very small sleeping two people would even be tight. AND THIS PLACE IS CRAWLING WITH WOLF SPIDERS. THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE AT ALL AND THE TV IS VERY SMALL. We contacted VRBO and they informed us if we wanted a refund we would have to leave so we did. We spoke to the owner Howard (fighting with him and VRBO) Needless to say nothing was ever resolved

Escape from the Heat
We spent a July week in this cute mountain tiny cabin and loved it. The locals thought the 90s temps were hot but compared to the valley's 110+ temps, we found it heavenly. The cabin was great and provided all we needed. Loved that it was dog friendly in a dog friendly community. no contact with property manager but HAD to rate.

The loft is virtually useless unless you are 3'10" you have to crawl on your knees to get around. The cleanliness could have been better and needs an exterminator for spiders.

Needed Attention
The house needs attention. It would have been so nice to have newer linens (towels, sheets, pillows); not used, old items. Upgrade dishes and cookware; not used. It did not feel worth the price we paid. Several light bulbs were burned out. Outside patio area not clean. Umbrella broken; fire pit had leftover burned logs, and in a poor location (on a slant hillside). Community & location was great; safe and close to hiking trails.

Renter beware. Misrepresented and very expensive
In my opinion this place was completely misrepresented and way way too expensive. Read on if you wish. The pictures make it look as if this is an expansive cabin all alone in the woods. In reality it is little more than a remodeled travel trailer in the middle of a crowded rv park. I've stayed in converted shipping containers that were much better than this. . It's in the woods alright. Crammed in a camper park about 12 feet from other campers. Not only will I never recommend this place but I will avoid this mAnagement company like the plague in the future. The place was advertised at 76 bucks a night and a two night stay totaled somewhere around $517.00. In my opinion this is pure greed. You can't check in until after 4 and have to be out by 10 am. I have been traveling for 320 days straight. Of all places from Hawaii to Mexico to Texas and all points in between. This is first negative review ive had to write.

Show low vacation village
Has potential to have been a great stay but first the difficulty in locating the key as it was not in lock box as stated , had to search thru a greasy BBQ and then find the key in a smoker chip holder, disgusting.. No Wi fi which was an issue for us . Because the TV didn't work as they had issues with the remote for Dish TV which he advised us after we were already there. The Pillows on the bed are ridiculous , basically flat crackers so ended up purchasing a pillow. It is really to bad as the place has potential to be 4-5 stars. By the way the screen door was busted when we arrived and pulled out from the front door but it was extremely windy and would assume whom ever used last did not shut it properly.

Fun time with some problems.
Everything was quite good overall with this property. Though of Friday night we decided to cook dinner instead of going out and then the power in just a few parts of the house went out. We located a breaker box to try and see if anything tripped but were unsuccessful. So I decided to call the property manager and he did not pick up multiple times not even text. So we were left in the dark in some areas with no power. He did not get back to me until 6:50 the next day, 13 hours later which was very disheartening. For the cleanliness of the property it was not terrible but it was not great either. It was obvious that it only gets a quick clean from each rental as there were spider webs on the light hanging over the kitchen table and in the main bedroom there was obvious hair and dirt under the bed that had not been more in what seems to be years. Overall great place to be with a good area overall.

Suggestions
I would like to suggest that the owners purchased new pillows, not very comfortable and very flat, I would also like to suggest a DVD player. I have no issue with cleaning up after ourselves, but stripping the bed was a little different

Anniversary Getaway
We had some communication problems in obtaining the key for entrance to the property. A positive shout out to Evolve and Vrbo for their courtesy, professionalism, and solving the problem extremely quickly. The cabin in the woods was very clean. Just the right size for our 45th wedding anniversary getaway along with our two little dogs. Trees surrounded the patio for an opportunity to relax in the cool mountain air. Quiet neighborhood with no children. The neighbors were very friendly. The cabin is stocked with all the necessities, there was even a wok and fryer. Comfy seating and a wonderful breakfast nook. I would rent there again. If you are looking for good Italian food, drive down to the Red Devil.

White Mountains getaway.
We rented online and had to change the dates due to a funeral. That was done seamlessly. We arrived on a Monday and check in was very simple and quick. We got settled; walked the dog and decided to bbq burgers for dinner. The bbq required about an hour of cleaning and the drip guards were rusty and flimsy. However, after cleaning it up it worked very well. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom since we thought it would be cooler. The stairs going upstairs are pretty narrow and the ceiling is low. Being seniors we would not have been comfortable navigating those stairs at night to get to the bathroom. The patio was very nice and the location is central to most everything. I texted with Howie the owner about the bbq and he will be there in September to work on the cabin. The only other issue we had was a slow draining shower. We enjoyed our stay and found all the neighbors to be friendly and welcoming. It is a great little community. We would come again.
