"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra. We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered. Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"Great property"

"The upstairs room was really a lot of fun. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey game and the foose ball. Really liked the feature on the fire place that heated the room. It was a warm and cozy cabin. Loved the location and the best was that it snowed. So beautiful."

""Room" was a well maintained and comfortable RV. A bit of road noise because of close proximity to major roadway but not really a problem."

"It’s not our first time and definitely not the last stay in this amazing house. Besides breathtaking views of lake Isabella, house is super clean, cozy and just has everything you can possibly need. My family truly enjoy the place so much that we already making plans to come back. The host is super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating."

"It is very nice cottage with beautiful scenarios , We really enjoyed our vacation."

"This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on...

"We stayed during a very hot month of July but once we got the A/C and fans going it was more tolerable. The home was so adorable and super clean. Felt like we were glamping with the exterior amenities of camping and interior amenities of home. Very happy with this quaint and cozy place."

"My family, my son and his friend and my two beautiful grandchildren shared memories of previous trips to the Kern River with my husband at this beautiful home. The river was just steps away to enjoy. The house left nothing to want for. It felt like home. Thank you. Next time a longer stay"

"I usually travel with my best friend for my birthday weekend this year I wanted to make it a family trip to make memories with the grandbabies. This was a perfect place to do this. It is located at the top of the mountain so the view is amazing. Their is a game room that the grandbabies and all of us loved. Sunsets are amazing and the people around are so friendly. This I would say was the best trip and I'm excited to do it agian and we plan on booking this same cabin. Absolutely love this place"

"Great place for a small family reunion. Clean and beautiful patio area. It would have been helpful to have some information on how certain things work or turn on but not a biggie. Also it was a shock to have no bathroom door on a room that 6 people can share upstairs l"

"Property was great. Plenty of information throughout the house identifying what was what and how to do various things around the house. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. Pete was super helpful accommodating us staying an extra day. 10/10 nice guy"

"In the area for a funeral. The cottage gave us lots of room to be together and relax. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows, and plenty of plush bath towels. Kitchen was well-stocked. The unit had some cleanliness issues (dog hair, cobwebs, hair in shower), but otherwise was a perfect stay. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY. And Im not the picky kind of person. I wikl give one example ( there were others ); inside the dishwasher, there were used dirty plates from someoelse. I rest my case. Would never stay again and do NOT recommend. By the way, we stayed thefe withiut even having checked in. When leaving, again thede was noone there and I just left the key there. It was already paid."
