"This is the perfect property for a large group. We had 14 adults and 9 kids 7 and under and we fit comfortably. The glass back wall provided an amazing view out over the pool, lawns, playground and volleyball court so you always had a good idea where everyone was. The kids ran themselves ragged. The boat ramp and jetty were great for launching our tinnies and the indoor pool was great for the kids during the day and the adults to relax in after dinner. "It is not often that a holiday rental surpasses the online photos, but this one does. The size, location and amenities are all top class. Our family of 15 spent 8 nights there and all ages thoroughly loved it. The kitchen is just wonderful, with heaps of room and bench space to enable multiple people to work in it at the same time. "Villa Beachside is a lovely location in Toogoom right next to the tidal Beelbi Creek. One reason we chose this house was the bikes and kayaks that were available. And the kayaks definitely came in handy to explore the creek.
