"Lovely stay upgraded to the family suite which i managed to get for one night with another booking service. It was spacious and loved that kids had their own room. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Only disappointment was the spa was not working, and i was not informed of that prior to booking, and this was one of the things i most wanted on our trip, as we use the spa every day on holiday. This section of the island is in strife with Electricity and Gas being switched off and the locals of the Cove living off generators or just leaving the island. It’s a sad situation for them. Most of the features listed in the booking ad were not in use. - No Cafe - No Watersports - No Fitness Centre - No Park - No Bowls - Only 1 place to eat with very limited choice - worse of all, the pool was not in use. We were told that the pool was out of order...

"Bought this break for my sister and her 2 children. One of her daughter’s friends committed suicide about 5 days before the booking. Tried to defer until December. Never got a response and was charged for the stay so am out of pocket over $400. You cannot contact the owners."

"Car parking very difficult, bay 15 next to 4!!!! bathroom very dated, wood cupboards etc falling to bits, felt unclean, bedroom ok! lack of privacy due to frosted glass window in bathroom out onto passage and other apartments doors!! other people directly outside, cockroaches in kitchen, at most a 2 star if desparate."
