New Custom Cabin near Shenandoan River

Come relax in a brand new customized cabin bordering Shenandoah National Park! Perfect choice for groups up to six, with children and pets welcome. Two large master bedrooms, spacious living area, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, outdoor fire pit, and grill area.

Walk into the National Park or private Shenandoah River waterfront from your doorstep. Countless nearby attractions including Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park/River, wineries, restaurants, skiing, hiking, and many more.
The space
Brand new cabin sleeps 6 with two master bedrooms and a large open floor plan with spacious living and dining area. Queen beds in both bedrooms and a pull out Queen sofa located in living room.

Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and a free washer/dryer.

The yard is over an acre in size and turns into Shenandoah National Park with trail and Shenandoah River private access.

Firewood and Weber grill included for grilling out and enjoying the fire pit.
Guest access
Entire cabin with set checkin and checkout via lockbox code.
Other things to note

Recommend AWD/4x4 during times of the year when/if heavy snow is prevalent.

Pets are allowed for a one time cleaning fee if $35 (2 limit).

The Cherry on Top
We were looking for a cozy, affordable vacation house near a family member's wedding venue and Shenandoah National Park that also allowed pets. Not only did this house meet those requirements, but it turned out to be the perfect fit for our family. The kids were delighted with the yard and bordering woods, and we all enjoyed grilling burgers and roasting s'mores with the grill and fire pit. As a bonus, we woke up one morning and got to see eleven wild turkeys in the yard. Everyone that we met in the nearby town was friendly. We highly recommend this property.

Mountain paradise
This cabin is nestled in the Shenandoah mountains and the property is perfect for morning coffees on the patio and nighttime bonfires and s’mores! The cabin is deceiving, with so much space on the inside. Our stay was wonderful, and Kim was a great host!

Loved the property and surrounding area, however, it was listed as 2 baths and was actually 1 1/2 .
We loved the area around the home. The river was awesome and we spent time there. However, the home was listed on VRBO as two baths when it actually had no bathtub or shower in one bath. Otherwise it was fully furnished with all necessary items.

Perfect Hide Away in the Woods
This was our first time in Shenandoah VA and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. This cozy home is tucked away on its own private drive. The house his stunning, new and clean. All amenities were there. The surrounding woods makes you really appreciate what nature has to give. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods
The cabin is as described. Cute and at the end of a gravel road in a quiet location that is perfect for reconnecting with nature and watching the deer that roam the property. The host has provided so much for guest use that we had everything we needed and more during our stay. The washer and dryer are pluses. We explored nearby Luray Caverns, which was pretty cool and hiked in the Shenandoah National Park, which was farther away from this location than I guessed looking at the map. Expect a bit of a drive to the gates. It took us about an hour to get to our preferred trailhead. Other guests have mentioned internet issues, but I don't believe they're unique to the cabin. We are AT&T subscribers and haven't had problems anywhere else with cell service, but Luray/Shenandoah areas were hit or miss, especially inside the national park. During peak times, the internet at the house dropped, but the hosts left a collection of movies to watch, and there were games and puzzles to keep guests occupied. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Recommended for an unplugged experience in a stunning mountain region.

Overall a solid rental
The property overall was well kept and enjoyable. A few issues I had were: The lawn was unkept with the grass nearly knee height. This was unsightly and made it difficult for the dogs to navigate the yard. Also, there were a few interior issues, such as, one of the bathroom doors not latching, one of the toilet seat lids was loose, and the TV was quite unresponsive to the WIFI which made the late night TV watching a bit of a chore. I am not trying to complain as we enjoyed the location and the property, however, those renting this property in the future should know what they are going to encounter.

Great getaway!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and this cozy little home away from home. We loved seeing the deer come out of the woods around dusk and loved the quietness of the area. Overall it was a great trip!

Well stocked Mountain cabin
Our family of four states here with our dogs for Easter. Great location for Luray cabins. All the staples were in the cabin with lots to spare.
