"What a great place to stay to watch the crane migration. The first evening we sat on the beautiful patio and had sandhill cranes all around us. Close to the best bird viewing spots. Clean and cozy. "A group of friends came to GI to attend an event. This location was fantastic for this. A car ride downtown after was under $10. The property was clean and tidy. There was an interesting smell, reminded us of grandma’s house. There was no checkout info, so we gathered trash, started dishwasher, and stripped beds. We’d stay here again!"

"I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. Upon entering the home it was very noticeable that none of the floors had be cleaned. After getting a response...

"This house is perfect in every way!! Beautifully kept home with the most comfortable beds made our week relaxing and stress free. "The home exceeded our expectations. We each had our own bedroom and had two bathrooms for 3 ladies. It was comfortable, clean, smartly decorated and had all the amenities we needed like a Keurig coffee maker and toaster. Each bedroom and the living room has a ceiling fan. There’s a washer and dryer available and a hair dryer. There’s a large tv with a fireplace, although we didn’t use it. It was like a brand new home. We definitely would recommend it to everyone and would stay there again. "
