"Let me start off by saying the communication was great and we had no “issues” with the condo when it came to space. However we did take issue with some things within the owners control that we experienced & recommend immediate action on. 1. It smelled like a smokers home. Not impressed with that. "We loved the ocean view, large balcony and privacy. The extra large oval bathtub was very nice. The toilet, however did not work properly. The handle had to be held down in order to flush properly. One element on stove was inoperable. Mattress was way too soft. Thought about removing foam topper because my back hurt so bad. Needs a new mattress or a topper more like memory foam or something, because you just sank in the bed. "

"This was a great property. It looks exactly like the pictures show. It was very clean and had great security. The only part I didn't care for was that we couldn't get more towels midweek and I wish somewhere it would have mentioned the bathrooms off of the lobby. We didn't find them until our last day & we're going all the way to our room from the pool or beach. So over all I give it a 9.5/10 and would stay there again!!"

"The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the elevator system, and this is on the resort itself. We were on the 23rd floor. Definitely pack your car the night before you leave and start heading down to check around 8."

"Very nice condo and perfect for a couple. Very close proximity to beach access. Pool just across from patio. Only reason for low rating on cleanliness was due to floors being dirty. Our feet/socks were filthy after only being in condo our first few hours. Luckily found a mop and mopped the floors myself and all good. I let management know the next morning they apologized and offered to have someone come over to clean. Since I already had cleaned it didn't feel the need. We would definitely stay...

"We had a great stay. The room size was great. We ended up coming with less people than anticipated so we had even more room. The kids had plenty of space to play/sleep. We had 5 kids ages ranging from 5months to 12 and the room was great for that. The pool was gated which was a plus for our tiny kids. The beach was a little walk but manageable even with all of our small children. Owner communication was fantastic. Definitely would consider staying again."

"We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. It was more than expected. The weather was great, the condo was superb and anytime there was an issue, our host responded quickly. We are already planning another trip and this is the place! Loved the pool, the hot tub, the people, and the convenience and proximity to attractions, stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend it!"

"O hotel precisa fazer algumas melhorias: o Wi-Fi é muito ruim, desconecta inúmeras vezes por dia. Fui me informar na recepção sobre o que estava ocorrendo, e as desculpas eram as mais variadas: primeiro disseram que os nossos quatro celulares estavam com problema, depois o Wi-Fi estava sendo revisto, depois a senha mudou, depois a senha mudou novamente, e por aí vai. A limpeza do quarto é feita somente a cada 3 dias. Os móveis são velhos e sujos; alguns são mal cuidados. Os estofados das poltronas precisam ser trocados urgentemente. O café da manhã é bom somente no final de semana; durante a semana, ele é reduzido e a atendente da recepção tem que conciliar as tarefas da recepção do hotel com a reposição dos itens do café da manhã. Durante a semana não tem pratos quentes. A bancada da pia do banheiro tem o caimento invertido e a água fica pingando no chão molhando o banheiro."
