"We stayed here as a group of friends in January, and it was a great experience overall! Since it’s winter in Browning, the wind caused some snowdrifts in the driveway, so we’d definitely recommend having a 4-wheel drive to get closer to the house, if snow is ok the ground. The upstairs was beautifully redone and very comfortable. There was plenty of seating for our group, and everyone slept well. We only used the downstairs for the second bathroom—it was a bit colder and could use some updating,...

"We loved our stay here for 3 nights while going to the East side of Glacier Park. The owner is very nice and extremely accomodating and also had a neat little art studio. While it is only the 2 cabins now I bet when they done the tipis and all it was a neat learning experience. Traveling out west I pretty much knew what to expect as far as a very open plain area. Also that most on reservations let their dogs run loose. I made a buddy with the neighbors Blue Heeler.He was at my door every morning...

"My husband, sister and daughter absolutely loved our 3 night stay at this cabin near Glacier. We hiked all day and returned in the evening to make dinner in a well stocked kitchen with spices, condiments and more. The beds were super comfy and the living area was big with room to stretch and roll out muscles to prep for more hiking. "

"We had a hard time finding the place - we had no service in East Glacier (we were exploring St. Mary area earlier in the day) so we didn’t get the messages Robin had sent (including one with the coordinates). The address listed on VRBO led us to a farm - and they told us turn right on the “next road (but it really wasn’t a “road”). "We loved our stay at the Hikers Retreat. The hosts are exceptionally helpful, kind and knowledgeable of the local area. The home was very well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect with quick access to the St Mary entrance and close proximity to Many Glacier, Two Medicine and even Waterton in Canada. We hope to come back soon and stay again! "

"Location, Location, Location! Perfect spot to explore the east side of Glacier National Park! Phenomenal view of the mountains with gorgeous sunsets. Minimal amenities, so be prepared to bring all that you need. Nice kitchen with good appliances and equipment but no spices other than salt and pepper. Comfortable beds, and the fans in the bedrooms were necessary and well used. Make sure you have a 4-wheel drive SUV to get up the driveway...it rained while we were there, and a regular car would...

"Fantastic base for hiking Glacier, Waterton Lakes, or just enjoying the quiet lakeside. Val was amazing and the home was just as described! We could not have asked for a better host or vacation home away from home!"

"The cabin is convenient to both the St. Mary and Many Glacier Entrance of the park. The cabin is very well equipped and also had a nice trail map and bear spray, a very comfortable bed, and a great host. It’s located on the Blackfeet reservation and is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our time there very much."

"We stayed here for our yearly trip to Glacier National Park. The house was very clean and conveniently located to Many Glacier and St. Mary entrance to Glacier National Park. The view of Duck Lake was beautiful, and the daily visits from the owner's cat was a joy. She was a sweetheart. We look forward to staying here again!! daily visits from the cute little "

"This house is located in a neighborhood in Cut Bank. It was quiet and convenient for our visit to Glacier. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we needed help with the TV. There were plenty of linens and access to washer and dryer. It could have used some cleaning out in the kitchen cabinets - like throwing items that are not useful or broken. Overall it was a good place for us. Thank you for providing the space. "

"Cut Bank is a great small town with great places to eat and a great place to stay. The only down fall was there was no fenced yard for the dogs. The furniture seemed new, new bedding and bath towels etc. I liked the decorations and the old glass items in the China cabinet. I would recommend this house to anyone."

"Place was very clean and comfortable. Very close to gas station and grocery store which was very helpful. A bit of a drive to Many Glacier (approx hour and fifteen minutes) but comfort of place made it up for the bit of a longer drive. I would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"This hotel is well located on the east side of Glacier NP, with friendly and helpful staff, a basic breakfast, and very comfortable facilities. Recommended for those visiting the east side of Glacier NP, willing to drive a little further to the park, and not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on accommodations."
