"The space itself is very useful and was nicely finished. The bathroom was exceptional and the living/bedroom space was charming with a very nice bed and a fireplace. There was a bit of difficulty with communication as to getting in, but in fairness, it got sorted out when I arrived. All in all, a good option to be 10 min walk to downtown. "

"This is my second stay at this location. The place is clean and quiet. At one point during the week, all three rooms on the floor were occupied but we couldn’t hear any noise from the other guests. The hosts were very responsive when we had a couple of concerns about the room. We would certainly stay here again."

"We recently stayed in this basement apartment during the National Ringette Championships. It was a perfect home away from home for the 10 day trip. The kitchen is a great size and has all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans for two people. The bedroom was a great size and the bed was really comfortable (it is on the firm side, but that's what we prefer). The living area was perfect to watch TV and also had a table and chairs to eat our meals as well as a desk to get some work done. The location...

"Nous avons vécu une expérience exceptionnelle dans cet appartement! L'appartement est tout neuf, spacieux et très bien divisé. Situé au sous-sol, il offre une température fraiche, même en plein été. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très bien équipées et les propriétaires ont pensé à plusieurs belles attentions pour les clients (nombreux livres et jeux mis à la disponibilité, serviettes de plage, etc). Les lits et le canapé-lit sont très confortables. Les communications avec les propriétaires...

"Wasn’t expecting a basement suite with only 1 window in the bedroom at ground level with no screen. Could use a bit more TLC. "

"Overall for a 1 night stay this was convenient for us and it was a good walk distance to the avenir center. The only issues we had was with the shower. We couldn't set the temperature comfortable it was either cool or really hot. Other then that it was a great stay thank you "

"All was good. Only comment I would have is the air freshener in the front is very, very intense. Makes it hard to breathe with my allergies. I was not sure I would be able to stay, but with my door closed it’s was ok. Other than that the bed was really comfortable. 😊"
