There are four full bathrooms in this home located, two in the lower unit and two in the upper. Two of the bathrooms features a standing shower only while the other bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. All bathroom have tons of storage and counters for all your items!
For ease of traveling we have equipped the bathroom with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. A large bath towel and washcloth is provided for each guest along with hand towels and dark makeup towels are provided for convenience.

The property has four seating areas on balconies, one off each of the master bedrooms and one off of each of the living rooms. These are for our guests' private use. The community itself offers a fenced dog park area with dog stations provided as well a playground for kiddos and outdoor seating to sit out and relax.

Shawnee is easily accessible by foot, bike scooter or car! Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in the area and if you head to Kansas City park and ride the free StreetCar to many of Kansas City's famous attractions.
*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. * PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*Cancellation Policy*
Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back**
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
