"We had a wonderful stay in the house which is in a very quiet place. House is comfortable, very well equipped and the master bedroom is awesome with large windows, you have the feeling to be in the trees. Outdoor is very nice too to appreciate the evenings. It’s only 20’ from Lassen Volcanic NP which is a great place to visit for several days: hiking Lassen peak with a top view, swimming in summit lake, visiting the small but well done museum, take good time at manzanita lake, etc… we stayed...

"I loved this property. I'm always on the lookout for quiet places to get away to. This property was the best I have found. Everything was quiet and perfect. Space was as advertised and everything was great. A lot of reiews mentioned the driveway, it is quite the trip to the property but in my mid-sized sedan it handled it fine. I don't think I would want to drive it in the dark but we had no issues. I would definitely return here in the future. "

"It was a very pleasent stay, the location is great super close to the park. Great house to stay for a weekend for 4 adults."

"The house was clean and well-stocked. We really enjoyed the great views from the big deck and the big master bath with the jetted tub. It was also easy to find and check in was a breeze."

"A group of friends and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend this year. Pictures were very similar to the listing, the only caveat I have is about the bunk beds. In the picture, it looks like there is more room than in real life. We were 4 adults in this room, and we were pretty crammed. I would recommend this room only for kids. Other than that, BBQ was cool, common areas were really nice and spacious, and the location is a nice getaway close to the Lake."

"This was a great place, super clean and cute. Hosts were super responsive. They only thing I would say is that it really only sleeps 6 in beds, unless you plan on bringing an air mattress for the "game room". There was a futon mattress but on the floor. Not very comfortable for adults."

"We had a great stay in this cozy and beautiful house. Our host Angela is awesome, she arranged everything inside neatly so we feel comfortable like home! The kids loved it too! I absolutely recommend this host to all the traveling families. "

"Over all plenty of space. Lots of blankets and extra towels. Nice spot to drink coffee outside in the morning. To help with another stay. You need some big measuring bowls, spachula, brownie pan, peeler, cutting board one was falling apart,foil, Tupperware, wire bbq cleaner. These are just a few things we needed during our stay. There is a park in waling diatance for little kids or just for walking. Love that you had a wahser and dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash , and a guyvone, thatvwas...

"My son was visiting Chico State, and this property was perfect for our visit. Beautifully decorated and well laid out! The main living room doubled nicely for my son as a bedroom with a pullout couch and a pocket door from the main bedroom for privacy. The master has an entire second living room, spacious closet for luggage and continues the light, bright decor from the other areas of the home. Throughout the entire apartment were tons of small details to make it feel like home: ample...
