"Very nice accomodations. We visited friends and hiked Kapiti Island. It was a bit challenging to moderate the indoor air temperatures as there is no heat pump and opening the screenless windows required the blinds be lifted to get cross-ventilation. Beautiful brand new house, set back from the street behind another. Great beach access. Thanks to Brenda for accomodating us and for her gracious hospitality."

"My family of 5 traveled for our grandson's first birthday from the Bay Of Islands Northland, arrival was too easy, coms from the manager that day with instructions were clear.Goggled the property address and it looked liked sh**, so I called my son who lives in Palmy to go and checkout the house and send me video confirmation.To my relief it was just as good as the pics on the booking.The house amenities were many.Our stay was amazing, I didn't drive far, learnt how to take a flamingo lol, House...
