"Perfect area to stay while visiting my family that lives in the area. I brought my daughter and Grandkids (ages 14-26) from different states to visit our family in Minnesota.There was more than enough room to accommodate our family including our 2 dogs. Even for private time I would use this rental again for our next visit with this many family members "

"This hotel was perfect for my stay in Minneapolis. Situated near Target Field, Target Center, and the light rail, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was quiet and secure and I appreciated the many amenities offered. I found the floors in the room to be a little grimy/sticky, but aside from that, everything appeared clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Minneapolis."

"The property was as advertised. It was wonderful to have 2 bedrooms along with 2 bathrooms. Clean and quiet! The only downfall is the parking. It is very expensive. "

"Great property! Was everything we needed. The lower level was perfect for my son and his family...like a mini apartment. So close to my daughter too! We will definitely be using this as home away from home on our next visit...Thanks!!"

"The house was very large with lots of beds. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved staying there. The drive to the Mall of America was an easy one Would stay there again! "

"Loved this house. Clean, comfortable, several good places for people to hang out. Everything you need but might not remember is on the kitchen (like coffee filters). Very fun, pleasant, and overall just a lovely place to stay. Several excellent restaurants very nearby (even in Minneapolis in January it was walkable!)"

"This was a wonderful, spacious property with plenty of amenities and a super friendly, communicative host. Would stay here again. "

"Overall the home was quaint and cozy. I could do without so much furniture and it was dusty. The home could use a deep cleaning by professionals. It was otherwise a nice place. "

"I needed to find a home for my rather large family to stay for my husband's Celebration of Life. This house was perfect! It was well appointed, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the location was perfect for us. I just wish we could have enjoyed it in the warmer months, as there are so many nice outdoor amenities as well.The owner, Steve, was very accommodating to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property.Thank you!"

"Lovely time with a couple good friends in this unique home with a relaxing vibe. Plenty of room for our needs, enjoyed viewing the art and decor in each space. Hosts are easygoing and friendly. Great location in NE. Looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the yard and river! "

"I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. I will caveat that with the temperatures outside being in the negatives. Overall the beds were very comfortable and we had enough space to talk and the kids had...

"This property is great for large groups, 3 bedrooms and trundle bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen was fully equipped and good-sized. There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking. That said, outside was noisy because of the freeway nearby. The neighborhood was convenient for getting around, but a little rough around the edges. "

"We had a lovely stay! The house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to make a perfect Christmas Eve dinner and it was a great place to hang out for family time! We will be back!"

"Our stay this time was a little bit of a struggle, due to frozen and burst pipes! In addition, the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the last renters, and the oven had not been cleaned in quite awhile. However, Alex, the owner, was extremely responsive, as always, and we certainly will return for future visits."

"The check in staff were a bit rude, and clearly stressed. We stood at the desk waiting to check in while the front desk staff chatted and complained about other guests between themselves. Further. We were notified on arrival, rather than at time of check in that airport parking was unavailable. Thankfully we had other arrangements, or this would’ve been extremely upsetting. "

"I came back because i liked the room they gave me on June 3rd. This time they made me wait 3 hours after 3pm and did not gave me the room i paid for! Was a King bed with Basthtub. They gave me a Queen bed , with horrible bath not the room i stayed days before for sure it was at the end of the hall way and poorly decorated. So de DISAPPOINTING"
