"The property was amazing! The house was clean with lots of room. One of the things we were looking for was a cozy place, that allowed for pets but we prefer a slightly more modern look and feel and this place was great. The back patio was very relaxing. You are also very close to the local state parks, less than 20 minutes or hocking hills if you wanna go there you’re less than 40 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is our second time staying here and it was absolutely wonderful! We came during peak fall colors and the weather gorgeous. The hot tub was the best reward after a day of hiking and the front porch was the perfect place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee! My kids and dog all love roaming around the property and exploring all the caves and hills. Thank you for a great place to get away! "

"Benton's of the Baileys was a perfect place to stay for some mountain biking at Baileys. (Which are great trails!) V close to Athens for a drive or bike into town for dinner or whatever. The host was super welcoming and thoughtful. Cabin was clean and v comfortable. Will definitely be staying again! "

This rental had plenty of room for our extended family which is really three separate small families with each able to have their privacy areas yet all be together on the same property. "We had a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay. John and Margot were excellent and gracious hosts! My daughter and I chose to help with morning chores so we got to be up close to the animals which was great! They taught us a lot about the animals. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here. We will most certainly stay here again when we are down that way."
