"Girdwood is a great location for an Alaska vacation. We spent almost a week here and did so much great stuff in the area. This house was great for our family. Vacasa operates this rental and they're easy to communicate with. I even accidentally locked the key to the house inside and when I called, they gave me the code to a backup key box to get us access almost immediately. There are a bunch of houses clustered together, which isn't ideal, but the neighbors are very friendly. The only negative...

"The property was spacious, clean and neat. Perfect place for a ski trip with close access to the mountain. Love the beautiful mossy trees surrounding the property, and the Hot Tub was perfect for relaxing after a long ski day!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in early June. The views were impeccable and the location was so perfect. It felt secluded and being in the hot tub under the midnight sun was so calming and relaxing. We went into Seward for food/activities most days and the drive was so scenic it was worth the 30 minutes. The hosts were amazing and even left us a breakfast dish in the fridge- so thoughtful and much appreciated! We hope to be back someday!! "
