"Our first room was very dusty when we arrived, there was hair on the floor, the window would not lock and our TV did not work. When we called the front desk they placed us in a different room which was much cleaner and nicer. They were accommodating and friendly throughout the process. Lovely resort and staff."

"We stay at a lot of properties each year. You can tell from the minute you pull into the parking lot that the owners and staff take great pride in this location. Everything is clean, the landscaping is kept up, etc. From the fresh cut fruit in the mornings, to the friendly staff greeting you, there is just a great vibe to this property. "Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. "

"All hotels should have a bible in their rooms. This one did not. Point for choice rewards did not count even though it is advertised. Clean room. Better management is needed as I had concerns and I was not able to extend my time. I felt discouraged and disappointed when they would not extend my room rental. I was a great guest. I even took my own trash out. "

"We only stayed for 2 nights but we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were warm enough to enjoy. There is a nice fire pit in the pool area. "Room was better than average And larger than average for the price range. No complaints. I will stay here again for the last 5 days of my 30 day visit to Arizona. Decently close to shopping and resturants. Decent neighborhood. Minor issue: Limited tv channels. Some others had a lot more channels to watch. I am likely to stay here again in the future. "
