Note: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains, offering stunning views and a cozy retreat. During winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks, and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

Here are some options to consider:

Public Transportation:
GATRA Trolley: Gatlinburg's free trolley system makes getting around the main downtown area quite convenient. Several stops are located within walking distance of Park Vista Way, making it a good option for exploring shops, restaurants, and attractions downtown. However, it might not be ideal for reaching more remote areas..

Car/ Renting a car: Renting a car provides the most flexibility and independence for exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the surrounding area.

Taxi: Taxis are readily available in Gatlinburg, especially downtown, and can be a convenient option for short trips or late-night outings.

Ridesharing: aring services like Uber and Lyft are also available in Gatlinburg and can be a more affordable option compared to taxis.

Other options:
Walking: For exploring downtown Gatlinburg, walking is a great option. The town is relatively compact and pedestrian-friendly, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance of Park Vista Way.

Biking: Gatlinburg offers several bike rental shops, making it a fun way to get around and explore the area. Several dedicated bike lanes and trails are available.

Please note, given the cabin's mountainous location, prepare for steep and potentially challenging driving conditions as you approach. It’s always a good idea to check weather conditions before your trip to ensure safe travel!


To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

Guest Age:
The primary renter in any group must be 21 years or older.

Respectful Guests:
We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Quiet Time:
Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you're smoking outside.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.

Guest Courtesy:
Consider yourself a welcome guest in our home. We trust you'll treat the space with care and respect.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is by 10AM.

While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, all dogs are subject to approval. Management reserves the right to adjust the breed restrictions at any time. Please reach out to us first before booking to confirm if your pet can be accommodated.

Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!
