Let down this time.....
Things stated off ok but when we had problems with getting the cable to work on the tv, we emailed the contract person and they said they would send someone out to fix it. That never happened. We ended up using our personal Netflix account and Paramount account to watch TV and get local news and weather while we were there. The rocking chairs on the balcony were to the point of falling apart and unusable. Good thing we brought our own chairs to sit in. What ever cleaning company that cleans the property needs to step up their game and learn how to clean. The windows were filthy and had spots all over them. This was our second time staying at this property, and we have decided that we will not stay here again.

The views are worth the drive . The cabin is very well maintained and clean . We had a small problem but was taken care of quickly. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with . Gas grill was spotless and ready to use . I will for sure go back .

Up, up, up and away!
The cabin is a perfect stay for two adults with a AWD OR 4WD vehicle. To get the great view, you have to go up a steep, one lane road. We had to put our old Jeep in 4 low to climb the road. Once there, you’ll reverse into the parking space. To leave, you’ll reverse down to a small spot that allows you to turn around. I write all these details to help prepare drivers. The cabin has a nice deck that is secured with a gate to prevent critters. The swing was a great place to relax and look at the view. Hot tub was clean and nice to have for our soar muscles at the end of the day. Inside, the kitchen was stocked with basic tools. If you plan on fixing many meals, bring any special kitchen equipment with you. Complementary wine and popcorn were a nice gesture. Owner was accommodating and pleasant. Over all a nice stay and we would book again.

Everything was great. Fantastic views, clean, little touches making you feel welcome. One downfall...the climb up the mountain is super steep and difficult to traverse. Just be prepared for that. Otherwise it's amazing!

The Eagle's Nest is the Best
Loved the views, the swing on the porch, the cabin overall. Would have loved to have a washer and dryer in cabin and the hot tub jets were not very strong, may need serviced. Was told there would be a bottle of wine but there was not however, that was fine. Overall, highly recommend this cabin and Lee the owner was helpful when our GPS told us the wrong cabin. Thanks, Lee!

Wonderful cabin
We throughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The view was stunning and the cabin itself was wonderful. My only issue was that the listing itself did not do justice to the incline of the road leading to the cabin. It was a little scary driving up there but other than that the cabin was exceptional.

Beautiful Getaway!
We celebrated our 17th Wedding Anniversary at The Eagle's Nest. It was just as described, beautiful and clean. The view is amazing and the hot tub is an excellent bonus to view the scenery. Have already recommended to freinds!

4 wheel or all wheel drive required
The view is a 5 star! Beautiful! No neighbors within site. There were a few downfalls. The single cup coffee machine does not work, the bottom drawer in the refrigerator is broke and we had to remove, cobwebs on every ceiling light and along the top of the inside of cabin, hot tub didn’t have enough water and made a huge gurgling sound the whole time, and the grill is not in fact a propane or charcoal, but just charcoal. There were no hoses to hook up a propane. The evening we arrived, we could not find the cabin so I called the contact on the reservation multiple times, with no answer. He never did call back. Bathroom is amazing and beautiful! The kitchen however needs some updating as the floor under the sink is falling in. If you have a fire stick, which we did not, you can use it on the tv by the hot tub. It is not hooked to cable. Otherwise, we still made the best of things and enjoyed our stay! We expected more from the pictures and the price we paid.

This is a amazing cabin and view! We were here for 5 days. The cabin is clean and beautiful. The view was incredible! The drive up to the cabin was scary the first time but after that was not bad. We will definitely be back!
