- This property is on well water, which is safe to consume. If you don’t feel comfortable drinking the well water, it is recommended guests bring their own bottled water
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 Ring doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior front entry, and 1 camera on the garage facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
