Here Are A Few Kind Words From Our Past Guests:
"WOW! Had an Awesome time with the Family! Quiet Cabin, away from the hustle and bustle, right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, minutes away from both beautiful cities! Cabin was very clean upon arrival. Kids enjoyed the Pool Table, Foosball Table and the Air Hockey in the clean basement, while they are playing, you can relax with the huge TV in the basement sitting on the sofa! Beds were comfy as well as the couches. Kitchen was large enough to cook/serve meals. WIFI and internet was super fast! MANY THANKS!!!!"
"One of the best family cabins in the Smokies. Everything we wanted or needed for a family of four with two boys. We loved the layout, cleanliness/free of clutter space. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions and she didn’t have a laundry list of things we had to do at check out. The air hockey and pool table kept us entertained for hours in between hot tub sessions. Don’t hesitate in booking this cabin. Amazing place with amazing amenities and layout."
"Perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge! Beautiful views, great for relaxing! Lots of games to keep kids occupied for a night in as well"

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS:
- This is the mountains and cell service may be spotty
- There may be some twisty roads
- This is in the forests and mountains and you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters (including bears!). We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters.
- There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.
- PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.
Fireplace is gas powered and is typically shut off between March/April and October/November.
Note: This is the mountains and WiFi and cell phone service can sometimes be spotty and lose service. If the internet does go out, try resetting the router first. We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving.
