Very rustic

Close to pigeon forge but not what pictures portray. Ants in cabin, fan in room did not work, ramp boards lose, branch hanging over driveway, AC did not work well and the pull out couch was not suitable for sleeping. Would not recommend!

The stay was great for the most part. The problem is out of state carriers do not have signal in that area so it would've been good to know that.The property was excellent minus the carpenter bees at front door. Management was responsive but not great follow through washer did not work at all and said someone would be there no one showed all and all still very good stay. Will go back next time if open

Very nice

The property was nicely cared for but the pictures didn't show the lumbar/junkyard in the front of it. Kind of a catfish situation. The cabin itself was so cute! The only thing i would recomend is getting air fresheners. It has a strong musty smell. I had to go buy a candle to try to deal with it. Overall it was a good stay for sure!!!

Disappointed

When first arriving you realize the cabin is facing a junk yard. Not a great first impression. The walkway up to the cabin was so slick from not being maintained that my husband slipped and fell. The front door is so difficult to open you feel like you're going to break the door off the hinges just to get it to open. The sofa bed (which had no pillows provided for it) was purely just springs, so my children slept on the chairs-for 4 days! There was a mouse issue, and they sent someone to put down poison for it, but sent no one to clean up the mouse droppings that were in the drawers and cupboards, until we requested they do so. There is a large patch of missing tiles on the bathroom floor. The washer was broken, which we found out after trying to wash a load and the clothes becoming so saturated with water we had to wring them out and hang them outside to dry. We were suposed to get 18 towels, 12 washclothes, and 4 hand towels, but we only had 8 towels, 4 washclothes, and 1 hand towel- and they asked us to go out of our way to get the rest of the linens from their office, instead of sending someone to the cabin with them. We attempted to call and talk to a manager about these issues on our way out of town, and were told we'd receive a call back, but never did. Very disappointing for our first stay in the Smokey Mountains. We won't rent from Aunt Bug's again, and will make sure to warn others of the condition of the cabin we stayed in.

It was a good stay. Alittle ran down but that does happen with age. Had a great time in the hot tub. The truck bed is cool but its a little bit of a high bed hard to get into. It does need a little work, But it was a nice stay for what was needed.

Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg are fun places to visit. Entertaining for the whole family Rental was close to all attractions. There is no phone reception at the property so make sure you have all necessary check in information before getting close to the property. Make sure you ask any questions before staff leave for the day

The listing interior looked as advertised and was impeccably decorated. Hot tub and free game table are lots of fun. We really enjoyed teaching our daughter about the finer points of 8-bit graphics through family Pac-Man and Frogger tournaments. Excellent communication with property management, although itā€™s a little off-putting that you are asked for copies of your photo ID and credit card by the property manager, when all of your contact information is already on file with VRBO. Cabin was very sparsely stockedā€” no hand soap, dish soap, no bakeware or stovetop pans. The view of the duck pond is a little misleading as the porch actually overlooks some type of construction site/storage area. I also finding it frustrating that cleaning fees on short-term rentals have sky-rocketed since COVID, but that properties donā€™t seem to be any cleaner. The floor needed a good sweep and something unidentifiable was smeared on the front door class. In short, we had a great time, and I would stay here again.

Filthy. Small beds. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty high and queen size. Iā€™m 5ā€™4ā€ and I had a hard time climbing up the bed every night lol. Dust everywhere, floor was dirty and needs repair because it was coming apart same as one of the chairs. Mold in the curtain shower. Location was great. Hot tub was nice and it was working to my surprise! I would not use this cabin again.

The rental process was great. We did have an issue with the email arriving with the door access prior to our arrival. The mancave was ordinary from the outside but it loses a star for being right next to the landscaping machinery and fencing. The deck has a bouncy spot as you walk up and you cannot avoid having to step there. Inside the house was beautiful. The floor rugs we're actually covering a few laminate panels that were loose and coming up. Pinched the bottom of my foot once. Overall the minor flaws did not overtake the beauty.

Everything was good except for the floor. The floor was not cleaned. We had to have our shoes on the whole time or our feet would be black. Within 10 minutes after arriving to the cabin on the first day our feet were black from walking around.

Nice little retreat.

We arrived and were instantly blown away when we pulled in by how cozy and beautiful the property was. Alot of decorations! It had everything we were looking for in a place to rent for our stay. Very clean. It looked like it had recently been remodeled and were still in process of remodeling. The closets werent usable and nowhere to hang our clothes. There was a huge softspot in the floor in the hallway walking into the master bedroom. Also the ceiling fan and light in the smaller bedroom did not work at all and was barely hanging there so we had to use our cellphones for a light. Last, there was no propane grill which was listed on the property but was not there. Other than those few things the cabin was what we expected and amazing.

Duck pond Mancave

The cabinet self was just as the picture showed. It was very cute and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that its location was across from a maintenance yardā€¦ So if you were looking for Mountain Viewā€™s, this is not the place for you. We loved the fire pit area complete with Edison bulb lights and the hot tub. The cabin was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The location was absolutely perfect as far as drive time between pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. We would definitely recommend to a family with kids.
