This Cabin is everything you would want to have a dream vacation in the smoking mountain area, is located in Sevierville, just minutes Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, we are 7 mins to town and 15 to Dollywood. Smokies National Park, Dixie Stampede. Close to all the local Attractions Douglas Lake, Helicopters Rides, Outlet Malls, 8 minutes Sevierville convention center, Movies, restaurants, The Island, Wine and Moonshine tasting, and much more...

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet is available along with HDTVs in every room.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
1) 1 King Sized bedroom (floor down)
2) 1 King Sized Bedroom (floor down)
3) 1 Queen Sized bed and 1 twin bed (floor up)
4) 2 Full sized beds (floor up)
The Playroom for lots of fun, a pool table will have sound system, TV and You can challenge your friends and family to a game.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare amazing meals and serve them around an impressive custom-made granite countertop, big enough to fit a family of 8 or more. The kitchen also comes with double sinks, and granite counter. New A/C and water heater installed in November 2025

Security: For your protection and ours, there are security cameras on the front porch and driveway. These cameras automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property. New air conditioning and water heater installed in November 2025

Property usable: events, (Only birthday or wedding celebrations, no more than 20 people) / No smoking indoors/ No illegal uses allowed/ No drugs allowed/ No fireworks allowed onsite

The Cabin is DOG Friendly, (Up to dog) okay upon approval and with and additional $100.00 for one dog and $150 for two dog, maximum 2 pets are allowed and Maximum 20 or 25 pounds.

NOTES
-Guest access: Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.
-Towels and bathroom paper will be provided for the first day. You will provide the propane if you are going to use it, you will find the tank there next to the grill.
-When there is dog hair on beds and furniture, a fee of $29.00 dollars will be charged for extra cleaning.
-If you leave the sink full of dirty things, you will be charged a fee of $29.00 for extra cleaning.
