Overall great place
This cabin is beautiful & exactly as described. The floors & windows could've been cleaner & there wasnt a mop for spills,face it with 20ppl it happens. Things like dish soap, trash bags were provided but again with that many ppl bring extra or run to the dollar store @ the bottom of hill & grab some. This was a great cabin, location is great as youre between the 3 towns to visit, pool was cool but kids loved it, hottub was good too & we are ready to go again! Communication with host was 100% fast & friendly! Parking was tricky but we made it work.

Overall we all had a great time during our stay. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was big and there was plenty of seating for everyone at mealtime. The only complaints we had were that there was a couch in the movie room that needed repair, one of the TVs upstairs didn't work (the remote was missing), the TV remote downstairs was missing some buttons which made it difficult to choose options, and one night someone was shooting off fireworks which woke the little ones.

Family celebration
Overall it was very good. Would recommend that you have bath mats for the showers when you step out. Some of used towels for mats and then we ended up short on them. Also management said we were given 30 towels but we counted them and it was less. These minor problems could have been easily solved by if management could have stopped or just give us a call, not just text. In all we had a wonderful family vacation!

Berlin Family Vacation
I didn't have the emailed directions with me so it was difficult to find. Google maps didn't locate your cabin. Things were as described and the grandkids and my kids enjoyed the pool. The trash had not been removed from the previous guest when we arrived and we were unable to get all of ours in the containers provided by the time we left. Sorry, but we left it inside to avoid critters.

A Nice Commerialized Vacation Rental
This house was very accommodating for my group of nine adults and five kids (ages 3-10). There was plenty to do at the house from the pool to arcade games to pool table. It was a relatively short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with little traffic, until you reach the resepective cities of course. The check-in and check-out process was very simply. The kitchen had most everything we needed to make meals at home. My only complaints are as follows: - Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty which prompted us to wash everything before we used it. (The home overall was very clean so this was a minor detail for us) -The hottub had some debris, including hair, which caused us not to use it at all. Again, there was enough other things to do that this was not a big deal for us. The pool did not have this issue -Nearly every room had a TV, however, some of the TV/remotes did not work. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to book a stay here again in the future.

Great Cabin
The cabin was great! Plenty of room for our large family. It was super clean and peaceful. The only issue we had was lack of comfortable seating in living area and the windows needing a cover for that late afternoon sun in the same room. We would definitely stay here again regardless.

Plenty of room for everyone to hang out or have their own space. Kids from 10-14, all had fun in pool, hot tub, movie room and game room… didn’t have a reason to leave the cabin. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Generous accommodations for our family of 15.
Lots of room for lots of meals, and lots of noisy games. The pool was a magnet and wonderfully clean and fun. It snowed so there was a night where several of us were in the hot tub catching snow flakes on our tongues. Note to the manager: Scarce inventory of supplies: Only one dish towel?!!! We had to buy additional toilet paper. There wasn’t any Kleenex.

Happy Thanksgiving
Property was perfect for our group! We had 10 adults and 11 children. We couldn't get into property until late due to behind on getting it cleaned, but cleaning crew was working hard and fast to get us in. Only real issue we had was with the locked door to pool area. It was Thanksgiving and property manager responded but maintenance guy didn't show up. We kept messing until could get in - later discovered bad battery was the issue so bought and replaced the battery and had no further issues. Also had to go buy a can opener - wasn't one in the kitchen. Overall, satisfied with accommodations and response of property manager. Would stay again!!

Nice cabin!
Huge beds, downstairs basement had game/movie theater, laundry and bathroom. Basement deck had the hot tub and I liked that the pool had a keep pad for safety. Main floor and upstairs had all bedrooms but no half bathroom on those floors just the basement. The view is more to the side of the house not right in front. Overall liked the house and would go back to it. Had plenty of plates, cups, good pans and utensils and that was great!

Great getaway
Our overall experience was wonderful. The place was clean upon arrival. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done, (the AC did not work properly on the top floor, hot tub did not work), but the property manager was VERY quick to respond and had issues resolved in a very timely manner! Great stay and I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing.
I have been visiting Tennessee every year for the past 11-12 years. And always stay in a cabin. Through the years this one has to be on the top 5. It was Beautiful, clean and a decent location. And stocked so nicely. They had everything you could possibly need to make a meal or do some baking. A cabin where all the games were in working order. The pool was nice although I felt it could have been a little warmer but non the less over all amazing cabin to stay in. The property owner was quick to respond when a message was sent. My family had a great time and didn’t wanna leave.

Short Family Get Away
We had a total of 20 family members ranging from 2 years old to 90. We are very familiar with Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area as we’ve been vacationing here for 40+ years but this was our first time staying at the Caton cabin and we were overall pleased with the experience and short get away. The bedrooms were large and nicely done. The bathrooms were well outfitted with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers which were all a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and seat the family all together, and the kids loved the theater room, game tables, video games, and especially the indoor pool. Lacey was great to work with and communicated quick and efficiently. There were a couple issues with small things being broken or needing repair, that we communicated promptly, but none of which interfered with our stay! I would definitely recommend this rental to others and will look to rent again ourselves. Thank you!
