"Our oldest grandson’s wedding was in Goldsboro and I needed a large space to accommodate 6 adults and three children. This house had more than enough space! Large rooms, beautifully decorated, all the amenities and much better than the pictures showed. The host was responsive and my husband even had a chance to meet her! We highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to going back!"

"My family of seven stayed at the property. Check in was great. Priory could use some lights at the backyard entrance door to gain entrance. Inside was real cozy, definitely reminded us of grandma's house. We are a large family and the home had enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for us all, but not enough chairs to accomodate us at the dining table or in the living room watching TV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "

"The house had lots of sleeping option. Quick and Easy to communicate with host. In a quiet neighborhood and 25 drive to ECU. The property has had some less than perfect repair jobs and several of the beds did not have bed frames. Just the mattress and boxsprings laying on the floor. The fridge was loaded with bottled water and can sodas. Over pretty decent place to stay. "

"We came for the NC Muscadine Wine Festival. This lodging was further away than we stayed before, but worth the 20-25 minute drive. It was a beautiful home, well maintained and set up well with most anything we could need. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with a responsive, kind host. Thank You. Blessings. "

"Everyhtind was great! We really enjoyed ourselves. Plus the property was really close to several stores and restaurants which was extremely convenient. Would stay there again."

"Overall, we had a great stay! We didn't stay in the RV because there were only two of us! The property would be great with a group! There is plenty of room to park and play. There were games to play, cornhole, horseshoes, UNO, and Dominos. The hot tub was a plus for me! The grill was exceptionally clean. All the appliances were top-of-the-line and in working order! It's about a 20 drive to the town but didn't mind it at all."

"When we booked the house as it is advertised for 7 people, Jennifer tried to charge us an additional $ for 5 extra people. We were forced to rent another house for the other 5 people. She refused to work with us. I had to contact VRBO 3 times to get the code. The house was dirty. There was a ham in the freezer, shoes by the front door, the garage was a disaster and it looked like a hoarder. There was trash in the trash can and the whole house felt WEIRD. The two of us decided to go stay at the...

"Such a great home! Super clean, the kitchen had every thing we needed and more, the beds were extremely comfortable and the home layout was great for our family (kid spaces and adult spaces)! We will certainly look to rent again for future kinston visits!"
