"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). "The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. "Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. "We had a wonderful time in San Ignacio. The check in was simple and the house was clean. We booked our excursions through the owners and received a discount. Onil was our tour guide for all the excursions we did and he was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The pool was nice to lounge in after a full day of fun in the sun. "

"This place truly had it all Beautiful home and property- spacious and lovely environment to hang out inside or outside Wonderful staff- Elias and Betty were so kind and attentive, gave great recommendations, anticipated our needs and went above and beyond DELICIOUS food- seriously some of the best meals we’ve eaten, for every single meal. "The place was big, beautiful tile and wood work. No hot water, hard to find, no one to meet us, had to hunt down someone to open it. Stove did not work. Not enough blankets. Beds were uncomfortable. Neighbors were noisy until 2 p.m. Mortorcyles came by at 4:00 a.m. making a lot of noise. Would not stay there again."
