ACCOMMODATION:

Welcome to Cocoplum #3, a well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, where every detail is crafted to ensure your vacation is truly memorable. With a King bed in the primary bedroom and a King bed in the guest room, perfect for two couples, along with high-quality linens and towels, comfort is guaranteed for up to four guests.

FULLY EQUIPPED:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishes, and appliances, including a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Basic staples like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and spices are provided for your convenience. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with starter kits comprising dishwasher pods, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and face tissue. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided for your arrival.

ENTERTAINMENT:

Entertainment options abound with a large HD TV in the living room and a 32-inch HD TV in the primary bedroom. Both TVs are set up with a FireStick for live TV streaming, featuring all major networks, cable channels, movies, and music. Netflix and Prime Video are already configured on both TVs for your enjoyment. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet and local telephone landlines are included for your convenience.

With our amazing TV streaming service offering over 130 channels including all HBO channels, Starz, Showtime, and a full lineup of sports channels, you'll have endless entertainment options at your fingertips. So just bring your personal items and leave the rest to us.

As for those additional amenities, we've thought of everything to ensure your comfort and convenience. In both bathrooms, you'll find Q-tips, face cotton pads, and high-end hair tools such as professional hair dryers and curling irons. In the kitchen, guests who enjoy cooking will find a full array of spices and condiments, along with plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, baggies, foil, and plastic wrap.

ACTIVITIES:

Step outside onto the patio and unwind on the hammock while enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Beach access is just steps away from the pool, where excellent snorkelling opportunities await, including the Wreck of the Gamma within swimming distance from the shore. Explore the sandy beach and tide pools to discover shells and small marine life (water shoes recommended).

Inclusions:

We've included 4 complimentary lightweight folding beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your beach excursions. The condo is also well stocked with cleaning tools including a vacuum cleaner, swifter sweeper and an array of cleaning supplies.

CONVENIENCE:

Camana Bay, with its wonderful restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, and coffee and gelato shops, is a must-visit for a taste of island life.

Conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants catering to every taste and budget, you'll never be short of dining options. Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets, a short drive away, offer all necessary food and supplies, including a wide array of international foods. Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations remain open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

We're happy to arrange for your groceries to be stocked in the condo prior to your arrival.

MINIMUM STAYS:

Please note our minimum stay requirements: 5 nights year-round, except during Christmas/New Year when a 7-night minimum applies. A 13% government tax applies to the rental rate.
