2 Bedroom Condo Seven Mile Beach -Sunset Cove

The apartment was previously used by us as a home. It has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. It is located on the northern side of the complex with a pleasant peaceful garden view yet close to the action on the Seven Mile Beach corridor where Caymana Bay, the nightlife and famous Seven Mile Beach are located. The amenities of the complex and Margeritaville resort are a short walk away.

This is a 2nd floor apartment. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. The fridge has a water filter and ice dispenser. Cooking utensils are provided to prepare meals. We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap. We also have snorkel gear for you to use and assorted pool items for kids. The unit has a 42" flat screen Smart HD television, premium channels, internet chromecast, blueray dvd player with some Dvds. There is wifi coverage.

The resort has its own beach which is great for watching sunsets over the ocean. The rock wall creates a cove where you can snorkel and swim. Outdoor shower for removing sand is located back from the beach. There are a number of different pools in the complex. The largest has a swim up bar/restaurant called '5 O'Clock Somewhere'. Live bands often play there. There is also a small children's pool which is great for toddlers. There is a BBQ entertaining area in front of the children's pool and Margeritaville has another bar and Yara Restaurant. Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. We will also provide you with a cell phone with local coverage.
