"Lovely Stay ! Spent 2 nights in July 2025 and wished I could have stayed longer. The apartment is spotless, stylishly decorated and well appointed. "modernized 2 bedroom, in a quieter area of venice. Not directly in a touristy section, but a 5-10 minute walk to shops / restaurants - given the windy nature of venice roads, this was only 500m away. Giovanni went above and beyond, reaching out well in advance and providing thoughtful tips / suggestions for places to eat and visit. Really enjoyed, would book again. "

"Our party of 7 (2 couples, 3 teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. There was lots of space, we utilized both the kitchen and the laundry, and it was walking distance to things we wanted to see. The directions of using public transportation from the airport and to the train station were very specific and helpful. "
