"Roberta was a great host. She helped organize the airport pickup and made sure we had everything we needed for our time in Venice. If you go in the high season with busy canals, be aware that you will have to walk 5 min with your luggage. Also, there is no lift so make sure you don’t overpack. Overall, great rental!"
