"Diese Unterkunft war einfach spitze. Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern zwischen 3 und 18 Jahren und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Ist es dort sehr ruhig und mit dem Pool konnten wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Vor der Tür ist Platz für ein kompaktes Auto, aber keine 50 Meter weiter ist genug Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Einkaufen waren wir meist in Pergola, der nächsten größeren Stadt. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Als Ausflugsziel kann ich die Grotten von Frasassi...

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

Hier ist alles möglich: Malerische Städte und Dörfer mit großer Geschichte und Kultur erkunden, Wandern in wilder Natur, abwechslungsreiche Fahrradtouren, traumhafte Strände… Das sehr stilvolle Haus bietet auf drei Etagen Platz für mindestens 7 Gäste und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Uns hat es nie an irgendetwas gefehlt. Zuverlässiges WLAN sorgt für den digitalen Anschluss an die Welt (und den Firmen-Server 😏). Alles ist sehr sauber...

"Era la nostra prima volta in Italia e la nostra intenzione era rilassarci e conoscere i dintorni, abbiamo potuto fare entrambe le cose, la casa è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto "

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

"Il a fallut negocier pour disposer de la dépendance alors que sur Abritel il etai bien precisé 5 chambres et sans cette dépendance il ny en aurait eu que 4. Les choses dont rentrées dans l'ordre à partir du lundi.La piscine etait dépourvue de lumiere pour le soir et la douche ne fonctionnait pas. De maniere generale la maison etait tres mal éclairée. La literie demanderait également à être remplacée. En dehors de ça le sejour etait plaisant. La piscine etai depouvu"

Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

"Die Unterkunft hat uns vor allem mit ihrer idyllischen und ruhigen Lage überzeugt. Man hat von der Terrasse aus wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool-Bereich sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, es könnte jedoch etwas gründlicher gewesen sein. Es waren einige Spinnweben an den Decken. Das Duschsieb war leider total verstopft, sodass wir es selbst reinigen mussten, um wieder...
