Can Coll de Sencelles is a wonderful villa ideal for families of up to 7 people located Sencelles, a beautiful town located in the heart of the island of Mallorca.

This villa is surrounded by charming gardens and has a 10 x 5 meter pool and is perfect for those tourists who seek the tranquility of Mallorca without sacrificing the beaches and mountains that are located 25 km away.

The first thing that surprises us about the house is its luminosity and the care of its outdoor area (gardens, swimming pool, sun beds and porch area). There we find a barbecue next to an outdoor dining room located under a porch with wonderful views. Next to the barbecue we can enjoy a pleasant area of outdoor sofas under the shade of candles.

From there we access the house that consists of 150 m2 built and offers air conditioning only in the living room. Upon entering the front door we find on the right a comfortable sofa area with fireplace and in front of the television with international channels.

On the other side we have the interior dining room that gives way to a large fully equipped kitchen with appliances and all the necessary equipment to enjoy a gastronomic holiday.
