This lovely rural villa set between Sencelles and costix near to Inca. Lovely quiet location ideal for relaxing, with all amenities in the nearby villages. The swimming pool is 10.30m x 5msq with depths of 2.10 - 1.10 entry via two ladders. There are sun beds and umbrellas available by the side of the pool. There are also lots of places with natural shade within the grounds of the villa. Outside dining and BBQ area. With patio doors leading to the kitchen area. There are 2 hidden picnic tables and chairs in the garden .
As you enter the property you arrive in the lounge area with a sofa bed, chairs with A/C and Satellite tv, wi fi and a log fire for those cooler months this then leads to the fully furnished kitchen with dining facilities and patio doors leading to the outside dining area. There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor consisting of a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom (150)with A/C and fully fitted wardrobes with views of the garden/pool area and surrounding woodland.
Twin bedroom with two individual beds (90) a/c and wardrobes again with views of the garden/pool area and surrounding woodland.
Twin bedroom cabin beds(90) this bedroom has the access to the roof terrace. (which is locked with a key) with a free standing wardrobe and views of the garden/pool area and views of the nearby villages and mountain area. The roof terrace is 85m2

Schöne Finca, tolle Vermieter!
Wir wurden von Antonia und Carlos herzlich empfangen und bekamen gleich am Anfang gute Tipps und viele gute Informationen. Die Vermieter sind sehr darauf bedacht, die Privatsphäre der Gäste zu respektieren. Sie sind sehr, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zu bedenken ist nur, dass in der Ferienzeit sehr reger Flugverkehr herrscht, was wir aber vorher wussten. Wir können die Vermieter und die Finca nur weiterempfehlen!! Vielen Dank an Antonia und Carlos für alles und die angenehme Zeit!

Traumurlaub in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern dort. Die gepflegte Finca mit traumhaftem Pool befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage zwischen Senselles und Costrix. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Zeit sehr genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir ( 2 Erw. & 1 Kind )waren von der Finca sehr begeistert. Carlos und Antonia haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren sehr schnell in der Kommunikation, falls es Fragen gab. Es war sehr sauber und alle notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden. Für uns war das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, ob’s der Pool oder der BBQ- Bereich war, wir waren rundum glücklich. Das Haus ist so ausgestattet das man sich wirklich wie Zuhause fühlen kann. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, deutsches Fernsehen ( Stichwort EM 2021) 😀, alles ist da! Die Finca liegt idyllisch auf dem Land. Es war ruhig und total entspannend. Wie es im Süden üblich ist gibt es natürlich auch Insekten. Das Haus hat an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze und am besten hält man die Aussentüren verschlossen, dann ist das eigentlich ganz gut auszuhalten. Das Haus hat Klimaanlage, wir haben sie aber nur kurz zum einschlafen kurz im Schlafzimmer eingeschaltet. Ansonsten ist es im Erdgeschoss auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm. Wir hatten jeden Tag 30C+ und das war kein Problem. Ich kann das Haus / Finca nur empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Calos und Antonia, die uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und zur Umgebung gegeben haben. Am letzen Abend wurden noch mit mallorquinischen Gebäck und Prosecco überrascht und verabschiedet. Viele Grüße, Sven, Jee und Lucas

Fantàstic
Gran estada a Villa Alzina. La casa és àmplia i molt còmode, ben equipada amb tot el necessari, cuina, habitacions, banys i rentadora. El jardí és molt gran, amb arbres fruiters, barbacoa i una piscina molt ben cuidada. Els hostes van ser molt amables, atents i pendents de què necessitéssim res. És fàcil darribar i està a 10 minuts d'Inca. Vam estar molt a gust. La recomano totalment.

Charmante maison typiqueau coeur de la végétation
idéalement située dans l'île afin de pouvoir rayonner vers les nombreuses "Calas"cette maison confortable et sa piscine ont ravi toute la famille. Les contacts fructueux avec les propriétaires nous ont également permis de trouver rapidement les bonnes adresses tant au niveau des plages que des restaurants et même des commerces. Carlos et Antonia sont très disponibles et sympathiques : nous les remercions et les associons à la réussite de notre séjour.

Perfekt für Ruhesuchende
Wir waren zu dritt um ein paar Tage auf der Insel Motorrad zu fahren. Die Lage in der Mitte der Insel war dafür perfekt. Die Supermärkte in Inca sind ca. 7km entfernt und somit nicht zu weit weg. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war wirklich groß und auch dort hatten wir nix zu meckern. Es gibt in der Nachbarschaft neugierige Katzen, einige Hühner und Schafe. Man hört diese Tiere auch Nachts, wer nen leichten Schlaf hat wird damit sicher ein Problem haben, für uns war es aber kein Problem. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Relaxing holiday, beautiful villa
This is a lovely villa in a quiet, rural area. Perfect for a couple or family. It is in an ideal location for exploring the island or just relaxing, and is also close to Inca for supermarkets. The pool is large with plenty of places to sit or lie in the shade or the sun. The gas hotplate BBQ is very good and we spent most evenings cooking and eating outside with some nice Mallorcan wine. It has a lovely roof terrace with great views also. Antonia and Carlos are very good hosts and very helpful. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we hope to be back

einmal weg vom ganzen Trubel!
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein neunjaehriges Kind. und haben zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbacht. Als wir buchten, war es uns wichtig, weit weg vom Alltag zu sein und so wenig wie nur möglich Trubel zu haben, da wir den beruflich das ganze Jahr haben. Dieser Wunsch ist in Erfuellung gegangen. Bis auf ein paar Flugzeuggeraeusche und ein paar Huehner, die uns ab und zu besuchten, waren wir unter uns:) Der Vermieter kam zur Begruessung und am letzten Tag. Supernett! sogar zwischendurch hat er mit seiner Frau spanisches Geback vorbeigebracht. Megalieb und zuvorkommend! Das Haus war sehr sauber und verfuegte ueber alles, was man brauchte. Die Baeder waren beide neu und auch die Klimaanlagen. Auch die Kueche und Spuelmaschine waren neu. Der Pool war das Highlight! Wir haben es taeglich genossen. Er wurde auch zweimal gesaeubert waehrend der zwei Wochen. Zusaetzlich liefen die Filter durchgehend. Also alles immer sauber. Ab und zu haben wir ein paar Ausfluege gemacht. Ein paar Kilometer vom Haus entfernt, waren auch saemtliche Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten. Alles in Allem war es ein richtig schoener Urlaub!! Super nette Vermieter! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Haus, ein paar Sachen muss man vorher bedenken
Der Aufenthalt im Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, gute Ausstattung und zentrale Lage in der Insel. Der Pool ist toll! Carlos und Maria sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Hier ein paar Punkte, die bedacht werden müssen: - Das Haus liegt im Endanflug des Flughafens. Zwischen 6 und 24 Uhr ist dadurch regelmäßig mit Fluglärm zu rechnen. Die Maschinen fliegen in ca. 1 km Höhe am Haus vorbei/ über das Haus. Aufgrund des langen Anflugs müssen sie Gas geben und das hört man. - Der direkte Nachbar hat Hühner und einen (Wach-) Hund. Nachts und besonders zwischen 5 und 6.30 Uhr hat der Hahn dauerhaft gekräht (teilweise auch vor unserem Fenster), der Hund bellte auch nachts bei kleineren Störungen. Durch die Einfachverglasung hört man diese Geräusche sehr deutlich. - Die Moskitos sind ab frühem Abend sehr aggressiv. Mückenspray und div. Rauchspiralen/Kerzen halfen auch nicht, so dass wir ab dem 3. Abend im Haus zu Abend gegessen haben und uns auch anschließend nicht mehr nach draußen setzen konnten. - Geschmackssache: Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, H3 ist noch untertrieben.

Super Haus und nette Vermieter!
Tolles großes Haus in zentraler Insellage. Das Haus war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool ist prima, sehr groß und angenehm tief für Schwimmer (etwa 1,10-2,10 m). In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch da, so braucht man nicht so viel von daheim mitnehmen. Sehr gut war der bereitgestellte Internetzugang über WLAN. Dafür danken wir sehr. Besonders positiv ist, dass jedes einzelne Zimmer über eine eigene Klimaanlage verfügt, was im Sommer wirklich sehr angenehm ist. Die Lage am Rande der Einflugschneis störte überhaupt nicht, die Geräusche der Flugzeuge werden ausgefiltert. Carlos und Antonia sind sehr sehr nett und helfen auch jederzeit und schnell, wenn man Fragen oder ein Problem hat. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Pool and Privacy
We rented a Villa specifically for the following reasons. Privacy, in a rural location and a pool. We are a couple in our 50's and have rented Villa’s previously when we have visited Mallorca many times. However on our arrival day 21st May 2018 the pool was obviously not safe to use. When Carlos & Antonia arrived in the early evening to take our cash payment, they explained there was some kind of problem and would sort it out. We were booked to stay for a week. Carlos or Antonia visited the property, sometime after dark/late on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, after we'd gone to bed, as they tried to resolve the issue with the pool. There was actually 4 people working on the pool on the Thursday 24th May trying to fix the problem in the middle of the afternoon. On Friday afternoon 25th May we were sat around the poolside when Carlos & Antonia arrived at the villa and appeared to take some kind of water sample. We were half dressed and felt uncomfortable at our privacy being interrupted yet again. We'd had enough interruptions by Saturday 26th May and stayed out of the Villa all day until late that night. We came back to find Carlos & Antonia had kindly left a traditional Mallorcan Pastry for us. Whilst this was a nice gesture it meant if we'd been there that was another day of our privacy lost. Sunday 27th May Carlos & Antonia came to the Villa to return our security deposit of 200 Euro as we were leaving for the airport in the early hours. This meant the owners had interrupted our holiday everyday we were there, despite their good intentions, it spoiled our holiday. We'd not used the pool at all that week as we had no confidence it was fit for purpose and we'd also not had a private holiday despite the rural location of the villa. On the positive side, the villa has a lovely comfortable double bed in the main bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The bath rooms are lovely and modern. The villa has excellent Wifi and overall it is a very clean and well appointed villa. Externally, we used the patio table to have our meals but never used the BBQ which is provided close by. Overal dissapointment at a holiday spoiled.

Eine schöne Woche in Costitx im Mai 2018
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Finca in Costitx. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir sind von netten Vermietern empfangen worden. Von der zentralen Lage haben wir schöne Ausflüge gemacht. excellent séjour dans le centre de l'ile...
maison tout confort, très bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, wifi) en plein centre de l’île. tout est accessible en <1h; à 15mn des grands axes. Un peu fraîche (murs épais) début mai, mais le temps était particulièrement humide..... piscine superbe, jardin superbe, et même s'il faisait frais nos enfants se sont baignées avec plaisir. Petit détail: sous les couloirs aériens de l'aéroport, mais toute la plaine de l'ile l'est..pas vraiment génés par les avions mais on les entend. On entend aussi un peu la route à l'heure de pointe. Carlos et son épouse sont très gentils et très serviables, rien à redire!.

Time to relax
Gorgeous villa & loved the multi coloured pool ! Villa is just off main road but could hardly hear traffic ! Carlos & Antionia are lovely & helped white questions when needed ! We had a wonderful 10 x days in this villa & was very clean & everything you needed from home was here ! This is the 2nd villa we have stayed in that Carlos & Antonia own & we will deffinetly be booking with them again real soon ! Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa 😀 We loved it so much we did not want to go home ! We were 3 minute drive away from Costix & it's a lovely wee town so peaceful & went every day to Bar central for coffee on our journeys out ! We were 10 minutes drive from Inca where there is an lidel shopping centre & lots of other shops & mc Donald's ! This villa is in a great location but car is a must if you want to see beautiful Majorca & it's gorgeous scenery & it's wonderful clean beaches ! We were also few minutes drive from sencelles ! Villa was so easy to get to from airport ! It's a shame our 10 x days had to come to an end as I would have loved to have stayed this villa a lot longer ! The pool is very big & plenty of sun beds around it ! We had a many of a night sat at the pool with bottle of wine 🍷! We were in the flight path but did Not bother us ! Could hardly here them when indoors ! To was easy to use & managed to watch some English channels on a evening ! 100% would definitely book this villa again & hopefully very soon ! Thank you to Carlos & Antonia for a wonderful stay ! This villa is much better than the pics show ! You will Not be disappointed 👌🏻 It's perfect if you want a nice peaceful relaxing holiday

Très très bon séjour !
Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Carlos et Antonia. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Nous avons été accueillis avec une gentille attention et ils ont toujours été très disponibles. La maison est très chouette, parfaitement propre et bien équipée. Mallorca est une très jolie île , des paysages exceptionnels et des routes en très bon état! Les déplacements sont rapides et agréables. Nous reviendrons sûrement!

Lovely and peaceful, relaxed holiday
The villa was lovely. The pool and weather was fantastic. Plenty of beds and chairs to sit around the pool. The barbue was a great too. A car is essential to get around and about the island. 5 minute drive to lidle and Macdonalds.
