It's located on a great-sized Muskoka lake called Silver Lake. It is the perfect and tranquil family and friends gateway! Convenient to access, only 8 mins from Hwy 400 and off a municipal road (maintained all year round) and great for multiple outdoor activities; Lake swimming, water sports, hiking, fishing, and more.

Soak your feet in 480 feet of waterfront or stroll the 1-acre private lot, let the kids enjoy the magical treehouse and beach, while you relax in the Spa Whirlpool Hot tub overlooking the stunning sunset. Afterwards, relax on the dock in the red Muskoka chairs or use your water toys with your friends and family and have a blast in the calm waters of the lake! Whip up delicious BBQ over the Napoleon grill with some good tunes on the portable Bose speaker. End your evening with good conversation, games and smores over the outdoor firepit and nightcap in front of the fireplace.

We have equipped the cottage with all high-end and brand-new furniture (no old hand-me-downs!) and all essentials items plus more: a BBQ, Smart TV, a charming Fireplace, laundry machine, coffee machine, 2 strong Wi-Fi, board games, and outdoor games. We provide all towels, sheets and other essential supplies including a small pet bed, pet bowls and pet towels. Please bring your own life vests and flotation devices if entering the water.

Port Carling is the main town of the Muskoka Lakes. It has trendy shops and restaurants and many popular spots.
Bala has a cute town and Muskoka Beer Spa.
Rousseau is the town where the celebrities go - beautiful beach and famous Crossroads restaurant.

Cottage Rules and Liability Waiver:
There is *No Extra Fees added* to your booking but please keep the following in mind:

*We respectfully request that you honor and adhere to check-in and check-out times. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please request before your trip. We need to accommodate enough time for cleaning. There is a $150 late check-out fee applicable to the credit card on file with VRBO if last-minute delay impacts incoming guests.

*If you are bringing your furry friend on your trip, there is no extra pet fee. But we need to be aware of the pets you are traveling with. No animal is allowed in the property without approval.

*Damage Deposit: Your reservation for this Property has a security deposit fee. The fee is $2,000 plus tax if applicable. This fee covers any damages caused to the Property or its contents during your stay (such as the hot tub, furniture, fixtures, and appliances). If there is damage, VRBO will contact you within 14 days of your checkout, subject to the inspection of the property. Otherwise your deposit will be release within 3 days of your check out.

Please carefully read our house rules before booking. By making a reservation, you implicitly agree to comply with all rules listed under in our "Rental Agreement". This includes, but is not limited to:
*Must be over 25 to book.

*Hen, stag or similar parties are not allowed. No guests outside those included on the booking.

*No extra guests or extra pets. This could result in an Immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

*Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind in the house. This could result in $1000 minimum fee

*Guest Verification and Security footage: If required, we are permitted to review cameras to verify the number of guests for security reasons.

*Septic System Guidelines: Use only toilet paper for flushing. Clogging for other items during your stay will incurs plumber fees for repairs, according to assessment.

*This is a no shoes inside the home. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

*No Videography or photography for professional purposes without prior consent.

*Cleaning Policy: Cleaning is provided, but excessive dirtiness may incur a minimum $300 fee. A $50 charge applies for leaving garbage behind.

*Personal Responsibility for Water Safety: It is a requirement that you bring and wear a personal life vest when swimming in the lake.

* Make sure you and all the guest in the booking have read and understood the House rules and rental agreement. It is mandatory, you and your guests provide your agreement.

*Service Access for Maintenance: Guests must permit service personnel for repairs, inspections, and maintenance. Regular visits ensure optimal functioning of the property.

*Maintaining Safety Standards: Guests are prohibited from moving Safety Signs and Equipment in order to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. (Orange life rings, fire pit bucket, etc)
