The big terrace and the garden with a lawn invite you to sunbathe. If it should get too hot in summer, or you would like to go swimming in the snowy landscape in winter, then you can use the heated swimming pool.

The luxurious chalet provides around 170m² of living space. The modern kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, induction hob and oven. The adjoining dining corner invites you to dine together after cooking, as well as to enjoy sociable gatherings. Next to the open kitchen there is the living room flooded with daylight. You can end an exciting day here with cable TV, a Blu-ray player, Apple TV, a DVD player and free highspeed Wi-Fi. The show fireplace (no wood required) ensures cosy evenings, not with a real fire but with a heated rear wall for pleasant warmth. Three separate bedrooms provide all guests with ample space to retreat. The first two bedrooms each have a large double bed, while the third is a children’s room with two single beds. There are also three bathrooms. You can relax in the big wellness bathroom with a sauna, bath, shower and WC. A washing machine and dryer are available for use.

The pleasant holiday village has shops, restaurants, apres-ski bars, a bank, post office, ski rental and a ski school. The sports and congress centre also offers tennis, fitness, badminton and a 3D THX cinema. You can enjoy the fresh mountain air of Tyrol along charming winter hiking paths, snow shoe routes, cross-coutnry trails and the Rosshütte skiing and hiking area nearby. If you’d like variety, you can go on a trip to Innsbruck (Goldenes Dachl, Bergisel) for an even wider range of culture, events and nature, or to Munich (Frauenkirche, Oktoberfest) or to South Tyrol and Lake Garda. Recharge your batteries in the Seefeld Olympic region. The crystal clear air and the breathtaking natural setting invite you to replenish your vitality.
