Incredible views and great location! Admire the views as you walk in thru the private entrance. The suite has it's own balcony, ample room for parking, king size bed, large flat screen TV, WiFi, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, two burner hot plate, outdoor grill, own heating and cooling (mini-split) system and a ceiling fan. Washer/dryer available. Includes a Red Rock Pass for access to the trailhead parking lots and a soft pack cooler and ice packs. There is no separate living room. And sorry, but no pets and no smoking on the premises.

Convenient but private

We loved our stay here. It was just minutes away from the lively towns and daily hikes/activities, but when we went back ā€œhomeā€ it felt secluded and quiet. The view is amazing. The host is fantastic!- available but gives you your privacy. You should stay here!

Perfect for Couples

We booked this property for 6 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Mike was a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent in every way

This is a great getaway spot. From the time we arrived to the time we left it was enjoyable. Everything we needed is supplied, from coffee to condiments. The bed is so comfortable. Washer/dryer is a plus. The view is incredible. Very quiet. Mike is very graciously. We had rain and when we went to leave in the morning we found two umbrellas hung on the door. When we had snow we found a snow brush/scraper on the windshield of our car. Excellent host, could not ask for more. We will be back and we will recommend to our friends.

We throughly enjoyed this beautiful and super clean guest suite with gorgeous views. Very spacious with upscale amenities. Our favorites were the wonderful shower and patio deck to view sunrises and stargaze from. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Amazing place to stay!

The property is beautiful, very well kept, quiet and secure. The back patio is so peaceful and the views are just amazing. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen had everything we neededā€¦the fridge and washer/dryer worked perfectly. The location is great with restaurants, shops and hiking very close. Mike is a wonderful host. He was super easy to reach when we had questions and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby hikes, restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend this property and definitely would love to return for a future visit to Sedona. If you need a perfect getaway, this is the place!

Awesome rental - Incredible hosts

I think the previous reviews have said it all, but here is another to add to the collection. Awesome property has everything you could need. The view is incredible from both the balcony and from the inside if it is cold/hot out. The pass is a great perk. Mike was able to advise on trail that led me out of Big Park Loop Trail to very close to the house. The area is a mountain bikers dream - ride right from the house. We really hope to be back here. Did not want to leave :). Mike is super accomidating to all needs. Feels like a throwback to the good old days of VRBO/Air B + B when the hosts really cared vs property managers of today. Book this one now.

Exceptional!

We loved staying here! Incredible red rock views, quiet location in an exceptionally nice neighborhood. The suite is very spacious (bigger than the photos show). Super clean, and everything is new and fresh. We watched hummingbirds and bluebirds right from the balcony. It was great to have a private washer/dryer and we used the grill every night. Mike is super friendly and quick to respond. We hope to be back again!

This was at least our 3rd stay with Mike at his wonderful property. There is not one thing to improve. The property is spotless. The views are spectacular. The location is great and Mike makes everything SO easy. I wouldnā€™t think of staying anywhere else in the Sedona area.

Mikeā€™s rental was amazing. The views were stunning while sitting on the deck enjoying the peacefulness of nature. Everything we needed was available in the suite. We did not cook or prepare meals but the cupboards were loaded with everything you would need. We had a wonderful time on would choose this for its proximity and view again. We could even access a great trail system around courthouse butte just few blocks from the house. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Perfect!

This was our first time to the area and WOW!! Absolutely stunning views from the bed with your own deck to enjoy morning coffee and sunset views. The size of the listing is perfect for 1-2 people and is a studio design. Snacks, waters, and a few coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine was a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Sedona climbing trip

Seriously awesome place to stay while enjoying the outdoor activities and natural beauty Sedona offers. Location is fabulous! Great views from the deck and close to trail heads, grocery stores, and restaurants. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable with a modern design. Hosts were so friendly and checked in to see if there was anything we needed during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again!
