Welcome to our spacious 3000 square foot home located off the scenic Red Rock Loop Rd in West Sedona. Our serene neighborhood offers unparalleled access to the stunning landscapes of Red Rock State Park, Oak Creek, and an abundance of hiking trails and national forest adventures.

With enough room for everyone to spread out, this is the ideal basecamp for large families or groups to be immersed in nature but only a 10 minute drive to town.

The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy.

Pool heat is available for $100/day between October-March and $50/day from April-September. The spa is heated for no additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked supply closet.

This home is located off of Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions. This is a private 1.7 acre property located at the end of a gravel driveway.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
