Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. Including outdoor living space, garage and washer and dryer.

House Rules:

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m.

The property owner has a firm no pets policy.

We do not accept mail at this address.

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Please use garage for bike storage.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
