Guests will have access to the entire main house property.
Juniper Ranch is located off of Dry Creek Road in the historical Color Cove neighborhood. The neighborhood consists of ranch land, horse properties, and estates on large 1+ acre lots. This is a quiet residential area, please be respectful of our neighbors. We are in close proximity to West Sedona and many trailheads, including: Devils Bridge, Thunder Mountain, Mescal Trail, and Sugarloaf Mountain.
There is an additional rental guest house located on the lower part of this property. The guest house is private from the main house and has it's own parking area. Please do not disturb renters present at the guest house.
This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV's. Cable service is not provided.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $2000 for deodorization.
