This spacious 2,209-square-foot home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Recent upgrades include new hardwood flooring and fresh paint throughout, providing single-level living at its finest.

Guests are welcomed through a private entrance into a stunning great room that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Living Room:
The tastefully furnished living room boasts a gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and ample natural light from numerous windows. Art pieces throughout the home enhance the Sedona ambiance. A cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa and a collection of board games, including Bingo, invites relaxation and fun.

Kitchen:
The gourmet kitchen features premium stone countertops, a gas stovetop, double ovens, and a large island with seating for four. Equipped with coffee pots, spices, and all necessary cookware, this kitchen is perfect for preparing culinary delights. Adjacent is an office area and a wet bar for added convenience.

Dining Area:
Bright and cheerful, the dining room seats six and provides extra seating for four at the kitchen island. Located between the kitchen and living room.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
All bedrooms feature comfortable beds and Smart TVs.

Primary Bedroom – has a king-sized bed, a 50” Smart TV, an expansive ensuite with a unique tiled shower, two sinks, and a massive walk-in closet. Guests are also provided robes for use while staying at Sedona Silver Spur.

Second Bedroom – also offers a king-sized bed and 50” Smart TV, an exterior door that leads to the hot tub and private lounge area, and access to a shared full bath with tub/shower combo.

Third Bedroom – features two XL twin beds that can be converted to a king by request, a 45” Smart TV, and access to the full shared bath.

Outdoor Area:
The private grounds include multiple areas to relax and entertain. A patio features a hot tub, lounge chairs, and a gas BBQ. A partially enclosed space offers a sectional sofa, heaters, a relaxing hot tub and Red Rock views. A front yard seating area and custom cornhole boards add to the outdoor enjoyment. Guests can also enjoy a ping-pong table.

Hot Tub: Yes, unwind in the private hot tub surrounded by eclectic yard art.

Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout the home.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer units are available.

Parking: One assigned garage parking space (ping pong table occupies part of the garage) 2 in the parking area in front of the garage.

A/C: Central air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round.

Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome with a $200 non-refundable fee.
