Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a laptop-friendly workspace, and direct access to the outdoor patio. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds. A spiral staircase leads to the loft-style master suite which boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with gorgeous red rock views.

Located in close proximity to State Route 89A, you have easy access to the endless recreational activities, landmarks, and attractions of Sedona with frequent shuttle buses, local tours, and trailheads all on your doorstep.
West Sedona has a true community vibe with little parks for picnics and BBQs, a skate park, a sports center with a swimming pool, and a cinema. For evening entertainment, you’ll find some of Sedona’s finest restaurants, casual eateries and local pubs with exceptional mountain views.

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

Departure Checklist:

-Turn off split units
-Make sure all windows and doors are locked
-Make sure hot tub is covered
-Bag up all trash and put it in receptacle.
-Load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and start
-If any furnishings were moved, please put back where they belong
-Double check that you have all your personal items
Pet Policies:
-Dogs allowed. Max 2. $90 fee/pet. Must be disclosed in advance.
-Unauthorized Pets: $1,000 fine
-If there are any damages from a pet including but not limited to carpet stains, scratches on furnishings, excessive hair, pet feces or urine (in or out of the property) you will be responsible for any/all monetary compensation
-Clean up all piles of feces on the exterior of the home and dispose of accordingly
-No sleeping on furniture
-Must be crated if left unattended
