"Staff was not friendly specially at the front desk and the breakfast. They were just trowing the used dishes and silverware doing a LOT of noise, had several eldery people around upset with it and they just didn't care.
Room was ok, Gym was ok and clean.
Not worth the luxury-hotel price they charge. You pay the location and view only."
"Very nice place and very clean, The staff was nice but interaction with them was limited and very formal. Location was great with plenty of places to eat and go within walking distance. Typical motel with parking available in front of the room, Perfect place for us as we spent minimal time in the room given all the activities that take place in the area. "Great location that is walkable from the door to some beautiful trails. The accommodation is nice but some minor issues with broken door handle, the shower water not going far enough away from the wall, old/unloved outdoor furniture and nowhere to put your bags. "

"I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom.
Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable.
That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice.
You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry...

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. Our room was okay the bed was really small, but I saw another suite that was really nice. Our room had the best view of courthouse though. You can't beat the...

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. "Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "

"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "
